Beautiful ceramic tile flooring throughout, including the balcony. The private bedroom features brand new upgrade ceramic tile, too. The private balcony looks directly at the gulf from the 6th floor. A perfect view, yet very private! From the balcony, you can also overlook the gulfside pool and hot tub!
Our "NO SMOKING" unit features covered parking for one car. Conveniently located 1.4 miles from Highway 59 on West Beach Blvd, Seacrest is a family-oriented complex convenient to everything!

Why the Owner Chose Seacrest
We chose this area to purchase a condo because it has a wonderful "community" feel. It has all the conveniences of a beach vacation area, without the "tourist trap" feeling.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We enjoy sitting on the private balcony all hours of the day and night, but we particularly enjoy it in the mornings when we often see the dolphins swim by! We also enjoy all the local seafood restaurants. The local zoo is a wonderful experience, as well.
Owner's Map of Seacrest
We have always been drawn to the ocean. In fact, we were married on Pensacola Beach at sunrise in 1981 and it was spectacular! We dreamed of owning our own beach home and our dream was finally realized in 2005. We live in the Atlanta area and don't get to enjoy our ocean haven as often as we would like, but we feel blessed to be able to share it with others! Unfortunately, this picture of us was not taken in Gulf Shores, but it's the most recent one we had.
