This beautifully restored Victorian home is located on the corner of Park Ave and Heber Ave. It is literally steps to Main Street's restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift is about 50 yards away, so you can walk to the lift in the morning and practically ski back to the front door.

Perfect home for familes and group who want to be in the heart of Park City but don't want to pay the high prices. This home is around the corner of Main Street but located on a private residential road. The town lift is down the street, a free bus stops a couple of houses below, the main bus terminal for all of Park City's free bus system is a block and a half away. No car is needed! If you do want one, we have reserved parking in front of the house.

614 Park Ave features a large kitchen, stocked with everything needed to make great meals. A combined living room and dining room make for a great cental hang out for your family or group. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD player as well as the living room.

The home was originally built in 1902 and was painstakingly restored to a beautiful, modern condition while still maintaining the charm of a turn-of-the-century Victorian house.

The location alone is enough to make this home a wonderful vacation rental. The beauty and comfort of the home on top of that make it one in a million.

The Unique Benefits at this Home

You will not find a better location than this house. It sits on the corner of Park Avenue and Heber Avenue (the road that splits Main Street). Main Street is literally out your back door, the Kimball Art Center is across the street, a bus stop is about 4 houses down, the town lift is a block away, and endless hiking, biking and skiing are out your front door. Upper Park Ave becomes one way down all winter which makes it a very quiet residential street in the heart of Old Town.

Our family relocated to Park City, Utah in 1993 from Pelham, NY. I fell in love with all the historic minors' homes in Old Town Park City and used to drive around admiring them. One day, while out with one of my daughters, we ran into the owner of this house. We told her how much we loved the home and she invited us in. From the moment we walked in I fell in love. The house had been restored to the original minor days, complete with tin ceilings, original moldings and even a pull chain toilet. Although I was not looking for a second home at the time I could not resist this home. Our family purchased it and started renting it out long term to Park City locals. Eventually, as the demand grew for private rental homes we began to rent this house out by the night and week. I, Lynn Fey, along with my daughter Jodey and her husband Greg manage and take care of the house. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.
