Ideal location, just steps from the slopes. Beautifully decorated one bedroom plus den condo in The Village at Squaw Valley. It is an ideal fit for couples or families with one or two children. There are queen size sofa-beds in both the living room and in the den. The den also has a curtain that can separate it for additional privacy. My condo is on the 3rd floor in the "North Face" building.
My pricing is at least 25% lower than what the Village charges directly for similar condos that are not even as nice as mine. Because I do not use their rental management service I am able to pass most of the savings to our guests. I also include free unlimited US phone calls and free wireless/wired internet access. I accept personal checks or PayPal.
One of the great benefits of the Village at Squaw is its location right at the base of Squaw Valley. You can Ski in and out, so there is no need to spend 45-60 minutes each morning and afternoon in traffic. My Condo is only 50 yards from the Tram and ticket booths. Tall ski lockers are included for your ski/snowboard equipment. My Condo offers a view of the Village quad and the "Red Dog" part of the mountain. There is a Starbucks just downstairs in the Events Plaza and many restaurants within a very short walking distance. Options include sushi, pizza, the Irish pub, a steak house, and more. The Village also offers a Full Treatment Spa, a small grocery store, movie rentals, a Ben & Jerry's, a Wine boutique, and many other specialty stores.
The Village at Squaw is the place to be in the Winter, and it's also great tn the Spring through the Fall. There is a great paved biking trail from Squaw to Tahoe City that is about 6 miles long. There are plenty of mountain trails too.
