Beautiful, Panoramic Ocean/City/ or Diamond Head/Mountain views from our deluxe high floor non smoking units located in the "heart" of Waikiki. Our condos are among the nicest in the building and are fully furnished for your comfort and convenience. It is our pleasure to provide you with a "home" that will make your Hawaii vacation a most enjoyable experience.

We take pride in our lovely, updated, clean, NON-smoking units, which boast full kitchen(1 BR) or kitchenette (studio), and a very large, 9' X 12' covered lanai where you can enjoy dining or sipping your favorite beverage after a hard day at the beach! Our very convenient location is just a short walk of 5-7 minutes to famous Waikiki Beaches, entertainment, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, the Waikiki Aquarium, Kapiolani Park, International Marketplace and the Fort Derussy Army Museum.

Discounted "low season" studio monthly rates start at $1250 (3 months or longer) + tax and go up to $1650 for the higher floor studios during low season. (Only $46.67 to $55 + tax per night based on 30 day stay). Penthouse studios are $1950 per month + tax. Our 1 Bedroom monthly rates start at $2400 ( only $80 per night + tax) "low season". High season Winter and holiday rates listed below in "rates" section.

The large pool and sundeck are located on the sixth floor along with a coin operated laundry, and sauna. There is public parking in the building. Long term parking is available monthly at reduced rates.

Internet: Some units already have an internet connection. For those units without internet, we can provide an internet connection for $2.50 per day, on a first come, first serve basis. Soon we hope to have internet available in all the units. There also is an "internet cafe" on the ground floor for those only needing occasional internet.

The Bus, which stops within a half block, offers transportation to local attractions, Pearl Harbor, Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Aloha Flea Market, Aloha Marketplace, Hanauma Bay, as well as trips around the Island. Enterprise car rental agency is located on the ground floor.

    • Air Conditioning: Studios are fully air conditioned with exception of lanai which is open. 1 bedroom units are air conditioned in the bedroom only. Corner units have nice cross ventilation with cooling trade winds. Lanai is open.

    • Dryer: Coin operated dryers on 6th floor.

    • Garage: The building has a parking garage that is run by a separate company. We do not have parking with our units. The current 24 hour charge is $18.00. Monthly parking is $125.00.

    • I recently completed a 26 night vacation in unit 4320 of the Aqua Island Colony. I loved this one bedroom unit; it has lots of room to roam and, because this building is one of the tallest in Waikiki, the views are stunning. I ended up having friends in for dinner a few nights just to stay in and enjoy the condo. We have been renting various units at Aqua Island Colony through this party for six or seven years now. The building's location is perfect because it is center Waikiki; it's a easy walk to everywhere in Waikiki. I've always rented through the party on this site and have always been given first class treatment...from day one. The people are wonderful to deal with and sincerely care about your stay in there units. My experiences keep me going back each spring.

    • All I need after my four-week-stay at Island Colony is the certainty that I can return as soon as possible: - to enjoy the comfort of my studio, the view from my lanai, the fast and perfect elevators (I had stayed in a PH) - and most of all Beverly's enormous patience (traveling people don't have the brightest questions), technical skills, know-how and friendship. I had a delightful time. And Beverly was not responsible for the four days of rain, though even tried that.

    • Stayed 2 weeks. The Hotel is very conveinient to Waikiki beach. Also is close to the International Market Place, Waikiki Shopping Plaza. My family and i got a great view. Beverly assistance was great and very helpfull too. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The area felt safe at nite. The hotel had a pool and a jacuzzi. If you're looking for a clean hotel with amenities and a good location without it busting your wallet try Waikiki Condos. Aloha from me and my family !

Gerry sent us lots of pictures which gave us a good idea of what to expect. We were delighted with what we got - even better than the photos showed. The studio was very well equipped with everything you could need, including a large fridge freezer and dishwasher in the kitchenette. It was spotless, well furnished and had plenty of spare towels and linens so the lack of a maid service was no problem. The view was sensational from 3815 - canal, golf course, Diamond Head and a wide ocean view. The location is ideal - close to everything but not on top of the beachfront crowds and noise. Yes, the public areas do look a bit tired and faded, but the value for money was good and the flexibility to eat in or out helped a lot with the budget. For us it was a better option than even a luxury hotel. Just do your homework to get the right room or condo for your needs. I wouldn't hesitate to return - as soon as possible!

    • My husband and I loved the awesome view from this penthouse since it is located at the top floor of the building. It was also at a great location, close enough to walk to the beach and near all the good restaurants but still not too loud or crowded. The place had everything we needed and more. Thanks for letting us stay at your place, we hope to come back soon.
