Our beautiful 1 bedroom unit 4320 boasts panoramic ocean/City/ and Mountain views from the 43rd floor which is one floor below the penthouse level. This newly remodeled deluxe high floor non smoking unit is fully furnished and looks like a model home. We are located in the "heart" of Waikiki and this spacious condo is one of the nicest in the building. There is a brand new fully equipped full kitchen with a new refrigerator, new 4 burner stove and oven along with coffeemaker, microwave and all pots and pans, dishes and utensils. The separate bedroom has a queen bed, new bedroom furniture with its own 27 " Cable TV. We provide free local phone service and FREE wireless internet in this unit. There is a very large, 9' X 12' covered lanai where you can enjoy dining or sipping your favorite beverage after a hard day at the beach! In addition some beach chairs and umbrella are available. The living room has a queen sofa bed for guests, a new flat screen TV, new carpet and tile throughout. The bathroom also has a new toilet, new granite top vanity, tile floor and new light fixtures. Our very convenient location is just a short walk of 5-7 minutes to famous Waikiki Beaches, entertainment, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, the Waikiki Aquarium, Kapiolani Park, International Marketplace and the Fort Derussy Army Museum. The Bus, which stops within a half block, offers transportation to local attractions, Pearl Harbor, Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Aloha Flea Market, Aloha Marketplace, Hanauma Bay, as well as trips around the Island. Enterprise car rental agency is located on the ground floor.

Discounted "low season" monthly rates for this fabulous 1 Bedroom condo range from $2250. to $2700 depending on the number of months you are renting. Winter rates are $3500. for the months of January, February or March. For over 3 months we do offer a discount during the low season only.

- Air Conditioning : 1 bedroom is air conditioned in the bedroom only. Corner unit has nice cross ventilation with cooling trade winds. Lanai is open.
- Linens Provided : Sheets, towels provided. Also some beach towels are provided.
- Elevator : Our building has 4 elevators that go to all floors. The elevators were replaced with new modern system in 2005.
- Washer : We have a coin operated laundrymat on the 6th floor for your convenience.
- Dryer : Coin operated dryers on 6th floor.
- Garage : The building has a parking garage that is run by a separate company. We do not have parking with our units. The current 24 hour charge is $18.00. Monthly parking is $140.00.
- Covered Parking : Parking in this building is run by Pro Park. We do not have any parking space with our unit. No car is needed in Waikiki.

Dear Gerry, The condo was everything & more than I expected. The views were exceptional & the remodeled apartment was extremely tasteful & well appointed. Thanks for the tip about not needing a car. We got along just fine & not having to pay for the rental /parking saved me a bundle. Irene told me to be sure and pass along that I was pleased.

Hello Gerry, We had a great time in Hawaii. The Penthouse Suite was perfect. The view was AMAZING and the location couldn't have been better. Thank you for telling us about The Bus. It saved us a lot of money on rental fees and parking. We took the bus everywhere, even found the Wal-mart to get groceries. Irene was very helpful and quick to respond to our needs. The beach chairs and umbrella was a nice addition. I will stay here again and will recommend it to my friends. Thanks again. BR

I recently completed a 26 night vacation in unit 4320 of the Aqua Island Colony. I loved this one bedroom unit; it has lots of room to roam and, because this building is one of the tallest in Waikiki, the views are stunning. I ended up having friends in for dinner a few nights just to stay in and enjoy the condo. We have been renting various units at Aqua Island Colony through this party for six or seven years now. The building's location is perfect because it is center Waikiki; it's a easy walk to everywhere in Waikiki. I've always rented through the party on this site and have always been given first class treatment...from day one. The people are wonderful to deal with and sincerely care about your stay in there units. My experiences keep me going back each spring.

All I need after my four-week-stay at Island Colony is the certainty that I can return as soon as possible: - to enjoy the comfort of my studio, the view from my lanai, the fast and perfect elevators (I had stayed in a PH) - and most of all Beverly's enormous patience (traveling people don't have the brightest questions), technical skills, know-how and friendship. I had a delightful time. And Beverly was not responsible for the four days of rain, though even tried that.

Stayed 2 weeks. The Hotel is very conveinient to Waikiki beach. Also is close to the International Market Place, Waikiki Shopping Plaza. My family and i got a great view. Beverly assistance was great and very helpfull too. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The area felt safe at nite. The hotel had a pool and a jacuzzi. If you're looking for a clean hotel with amenities and a good location without it busting your wallet try Waikiki Condos. Aloha from me and my family !

Gerry sent us lots of pictures which gave us a good idea of what to expect. We were delighted with what we got - even better than the photos showed. The studio was very well equipped with everything you could need, including a large fridge freezer and dishwasher in the kitchenette. It was spotless, well furnished and had plenty of spare towels and linens so the lack of a maid service was no problem. The view was sensational from 3815 - canal, golf course, Diamond Head and a wide ocean view. The location is ideal - close to everything but not on top of the beachfront crowds and noise. Yes, the public areas do look a bit tired and faded, but the value for money was good and the flexibility to eat in or out helped a lot with the budget. For us it was a better option than even a luxury hotel. Just do your homework to get the right room or condo for your needs. I wouldn't hesitate to return - as soon as possible!

My husband and I loved the awesome view from this penthouse since it is located at the top floor of the building. It was also at a great location, close enough to walk to the beach and near all the good restaurants but still not too loud or crowded. The place had everything we needed and more. Thanks for letting us stay at your place, we hope to come back soon.
