Stay for a weekend or longer at this beautiful, oceanview villa in the private, vacation resort of Las Gaviotas, an American development of 300 homes. The vacation rental has a beach-facing patio with spectacular ocean views, perfect for a day of basking in the sun or for a quiet evening meal beginning with a breathtaking sunset. Indulge yourself and relax with the mild, year round climate, clean air, fresh ocean breezes and warm sunshine. You can choose private walks, relaxing evening in the heated Jacuzzi spa, evening swims in the giant heated pool or the night life of Puerto Nuevo Lobster Village, one mile south.

A team of full-time groundskeepers display their pride with garden areas of flowers and bougainvillea that spill over flagstone paths leading to the ocean. Be captivated by the seasonal appearance of schools of dolphin, migrating California Gray whales, as well as hundreds of pelicans and swallows. From the moment you enter the gates you can sense why hundreds of visitors return every year and enjoy us "doing the unexpected" for them.

The complex is just eight miles south of Rosarito Beach, Baja California Norte, Mexico. We are 45 minutes away from Ensenada.

Why the Owner Chose Las Gaviotas

The complex is extremely safe and the property values are among the highest along the coast and in Rosarito Beach. Las Gaviotas is a development of single family homes and not the condo stacks where you feel like you are only really getting a hotel room. The Homeowners' Association is well run and the complex is highly maintained, something you cannot find at many developments. It is called Las Gaviotas, not Los Gavitos or Los Gaviotas or Las Gaviotos. We are 8 miles south of Rosarito Beach (not Rosarita) and that provides everyone close access to entertainment and shopping.

The Unique Benefits at this House

Peace and quiet. No hawkers or beggars. This is a private community owned exclusively by the 300 homeowners. Everyone who comes to the gate of the walled development, must prove that they have the right to enter.
