Everything was fine, except, thought security a little heavy handed - fines steep for offenses. (owner's note: They are steep for a reason. If you want to urinate in the street, downtown Rosarito Beach hotels have lots of opportunity. Las Gaviotas does not tolerate it and that is why you were fined)

What a positive trip; everyone had an fantastic four days south of the border and all had a excellent time in or around the water (beach & pool) at the complex. Your units were cool, clean, and comfortable; so much so my Son-In-Law and I were even talking about the advantages of a joint ownership deal

Hi Denny, We had a great stay at Gaviotas and lucked out with the weather again, this year. The Staff at the gate were extremely helpful with unloading our vehicle and also with a medical emergency with one of the babies. They were exceptional. Thanks again and Happy New Year!

This is logged into the guestbook for #4 as well... I rented out Villa #4 & #6 and between the 11 of us, we were very happy and pleased in all aspects of the houses. We had everything we need, the patios and view were nice and we all agreed we would like to come back again. Also, coordination with Denny was very easy and we had absolutely no complications.
