This Meadow Ridge condominium is located just a few miles outside of the town of Winter Park and is on the free shuttle route that will take you right to the base of the slopes or to the town of Winter Park.
It is a corner unit condo on the ground floor that has parking on the same level directly behind it (about 20 steps away). It is directly across the street from the recently refurbished clubhouse (Club MeadowRidge) and opens on the front out to the meadow of Meadow Ridge with stunning views of the Continental Divide.
Sleeping accommodations include:
- Master bedroom with newer, comfortable King bed
- Second bedroom with Queen bed & a Double bed
- Pull-out Queen sofa bed in the living room

Year Purchased: 2005
We bought this condo in the Spring of 2005. After purchasing we added some things (counter stools, new King bed in the master, new fridge, other decor) and have been enjoying it with our family ever since. We keep it in great, clean condition. We can't usually make it up to the mountains around the holidays, so we decided to rent it out at that time of year.
