LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This one just can't be beat. It is situated next to a stream amidst the trees giving you the feeling that you're high in the mountains, yet you are really right in the heart of Breckenridge. This is a true ski-in property. You ski down Four O'Clock Run right to the door. To go skiing in the morning, you simply walk across the street to Snowflake Lift and you're off!
Not only is it in an amazing location, it is a gorgeous condo with plenty of room--1100 square feet! It boasts a large living/dining area; a large, full kitchen downstairs and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Everything you'll need is here. It is fully stocked, beautifully decorated and ready for your enjoyment.
From the living room, there is a beautiful view of Peak 8. All this and you are still only 2 blocks from downtown and all that Breckenridge has to offer. It is right across the street from Blue Sky, but at a fraction of the cost to rent!
There's no need to drive anywhere, so you can leave your car in the HEATED garage. If you don't want to drive, the shuttle stop is right across the street and can take you anywhere in Breck for free.
Right outside is great for after-ski sledding. In the summer, you can relax on the deck and listen to the peaceful sounds of the adjacent creek. Or, you can hike and bike from the back door.
When you return from a day on the slopes, relax at one of 3 jacuzzis or just sit by the fireplace in the living room. Cozy and inviting! This is a gorgeous condo with top-quality finishes and furnishings.
This two-bedroom unit has been completely updated for your enjoyment including new furniture, appliances, slate flooring, granite countertops, stone backsplash and new kitchen cabinets. It has a king bed in the Master bedroom with a top-quality pillow-top mattress for superb comfort, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a high-quality Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. To top it off, there is a washer and dryer located upstairs, so you can pack lightly.

I had the opportunity to stay here this past ski season, and my experience far outpaced my own high expectations. The listing is not kidding when it boasts of the condo's ideal location. The 5 min. walk to the snowflake lift meant that I could be one of the first on the slopes without waking up before the sun. What was truly amazing about the location, however, was that if you walked in the opposite direction you could be on Main Street in just 5 minutes as well. There are few condos in Breck that are this convenient to both the town and the mountain. The condo itself is in great condition, and the kitchen was stocked with supplies. All I needed were the groceries and I was ready to cook. In addition, the condo complex is staffed during daytime hours, and the staff was friendly and ready to help me find the best pizza, cheapest ski shops or even the best place to buy groceries. I was even greeted by a roaring fire in the lobby fireplace every day after skiing. In addition, the enormous outdoor hot tub was a great place to relax and often meet other skiers at the end of the day. Do yourself a favor and stay here during your trip to Breck. PS - the pullout sofa-bed had a 2" memory foam pillow-top. This may not sound like much, but I consistently heard that "this was the most comfortable pullout sofa-bed I have ever slept on" from my visitors.
