This fully-furnished condo is located at the highly popular Ocean Forest Plaza Resort, in the heart of the exclusive, beautiful, Cabana section of Myrtle Beach, arguably the prettiest section of the Grand Strand (also referred to as the Golden Mile). Ocean Forest Plaza is a 23-story, concrete and steel building, which has recently undergone major remodeling with a new lobby, elevators, paint and exterior. Ocean Forest Plaza also has wonderful amenities for our guests to enjoy. They include an outdoor and indoor pool, a very relaxing and invigorating hot tub, and steam room/sauna. One of the city's most popular restaurants (Ocean Forest Bistro Restaurant/Bar) is on 7th floor with the best ocean view of almost any restaurant on the beach! Also, the Ocean Forest Plaza has on-site night security and also poolside entertainment with Pool Bar (Peak season only). Outdoor grill on premises in pool area. This unique, 1-bedroom condominium features a living area with updated accent chairs & tables, along with a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa and cable TV/DVD. It also features a full kitchen and eating area (not a kitchenette) with refrigerator/ice-maker, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The bedroom features 2 very comfortable full-size beds with cable TV. The bedroom also has an attached dressing area that includes another sink, vanity and mirror, along with the separate full bath, ideal for couples or families. We provide bed and bath linens! There are also several coin-operated laundry rooms located throughout the building

It's the Golden Mile, said to be the prettiest stretch of the Grand Strand, plus the breathtaking view! There's only so much oceanfront real-estate and it was my opportunity to own my small piece of it.

Access to the grill on premesis. Nothing like grilling and relaxing as an alternative to eating out at times! The hot tub and sauna are very invigorating and a great way to wind down and relax.

Spent a wonderful week at Myrtle Beach. Great price for the week! Location is at the quieter end of the beach: less crowds and total relaxation. The condo is on the 9th floor with a great view of the ocean. It had everything you needed for a family vacation. The ice maker in the fridge was a bonus, since there are no ice machines in the building. The couch is very uncomfortable and the bathroom floor needs some updating. The air conditioning never got as cold as we like but we didn't mind too much. The beach is technically across the street but there are no hotels on that side of the street, so the beach is right there, very short walk. The indoor pool was a bonus. It was shaded, cool and refreshing when you wanted to get out of the sun. Parking is very tight in the parkade, but there is a parking lot in back for oversized vehicles, which was perfect for my truck! Restaurants, stores, etc. are a very short car ride away. We had a wonderful time and would rent this condo again!
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+.

We had such a great time in Myrtle and at Joel's place. I recommend this condo to everyone. Not only is Joel hands on this condo is so convienently located. The location is perfect for a not so crowded beach and yet everything is close by.We will be back again and again and I have already recommended this place to all. Thanks again Joel :)

I am delighted to have stayed in Joel's condo during Jan. & Feb /2011.. Joel is so accommodating, making my whole 1st experience with VRBO renting worry free. .And, it was just what I was looking for in my 1st experience as a snowbird from Canada... The location is directly across from the beach which was extremely convient! The complex has pool, restauraunt, and laundry which made it possible to bring home clean clothes. The unit itself was clean and very cozy as well as fully stocked with kitchen ammenities. This place made for a perfect place to simply relax. Location was cheap cab drive to all attractions and airport. Thoroughly recommend!

Stayed a week just prior to memorial day. Great pool to relax at, and the view from the balcony was great. Good ocean panorama. Very quiet and peaceful at night.

My wife and I stayed here the month of March 2010. The total condo needs some TLC. There is absolutly no storage place or empty cupboard to put any groceries. The 1950's bathroom really needs attenion, along with the front door. We managed to park in the very narrow driving lanes in the parking garage without any damage to our car. My wife would not enter the parking garage [very limited outside parking.] The condo is in a real nice area of Myrtle Beach and has a great view from the balcony.
Recommended for:Sightseeing.
