Spent a wonderful week at Myrtle Beach. Great price for the week! Location is at the quieter end of the beach: less crowds and total relaxation. The condo is on the 9th floor with a great view of the ocean. It had everything you needed for a family vacation. The ice maker in the fridge was a bonus, since there are no ice machines in the building. The couch is very uncomfortable and the bathroom floor needs some updating. The air conditioning never got as cold as we like but we didn't mind too much. The beach is technically across the street but there are no hotels on that side of the street, so the beach is right there, very short walk. The indoor pool was a bonus. It was shaded, cool and refreshing when you wanted to get out of the sun. Parking is very tight in the parkade, but there is a parking lot in back for oversized vehicles, which was perfect for my truck! Restaurants, stores, etc. are a very short car ride away. We had a wonderful time and would rent this condo again!

Condo was comfortable and great for self catering. Best of all, we had an ocean view in a quiet area of Myrtle Beach at a reasonable cost.

We had such a great time in Myrtle and at Joel's place. I recommend this condo to everyone. Not only is Joel hands on this condo is so convienently located. The location is perfect for a not so crowded beach and yet everything is close by.We will be back again and again and I have already recommended this place to all. Thanks again Joel :)

I am delighted to have stayed in Joel's condo during Jan. & Feb /2011.. Joel is so accommodating, making my whole 1st experience with VRBO renting worry free. .And, it was just what I was looking for in my 1st experience as a snowbird from Canada... The view from the balcony, with the beautiful sun rises is breathtaking and just as describe... Thanks Joel.

The property listing was completely accurate. It was a very nice place for us to stay (: The view off of the balcony is spectacular! And you're right across the street from the beach. Plus it's very close to Broadway on the Beach and you're right off of North Kings HWY. Wonderful rental and owner - thanks, Joel!

The location is directly across from the beach which was extremely convient! The complex has pool, restauraunt, and laundry which made it possible to bring home clean clothes. The unit itself was clean and very cozy as well as fully stocked with kitchen ammenities. This place made for a perfect place to simply relax. Location was cheap cab drive to all attractions and airport. Thoroughly recommend!

Stayed a week just prior to memorial day. Great pool to relax at, and the view from the balcony was great. Good ocean panorama. Very quiet and peaceful at night.

I just returned home from a wonderful weeklong vacation at Joel's place. Everything was great!! Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils I needed. The view was wonderful and the balcony was great because it had a table with 4 chairs. Being a woman I especially liked that there was an additional vanity and sink in the bedroom... allowed more room to get ready!! Thanks for renting to me!!

I stayed with 5 other girls at Ocean Forest Plaza and we loved it! Easy access to the beach and the indoor and outdoor pools were very nice. Check in and check out was VERY simple and towels and sheets were provided. I would stay here again!

This vacation home is very nice. It is perfect for a family with three people. My son who is 2 years old likes it very much. The landlord Joel is very nice and responsible. I enjoyed my vacation very much. If I would go to the myrtle beach again, I will definitely stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here the month of March 2010. The total condo needs some TLC. There is absolutly no storage place or empty cupboard to put any groceries. The 1950's bathroom really needs attenion, along with the front door. We managed to park in the very narrow driving lanes in the parking garage without any damage to our car. My wife would not enter the parking garage [very limited outside parking.] The condo is in a real nice area of Myrtle Beach and has a great view from the balcony.

We had an excellent stay at OceanForest Plaza. The view was amazing on the balcony and the condo was extremely close to the beach. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were nice and were never too busy. The condo was clean and was really nice to stay in. Joel made the renting process a piece of cake. Thank you!!

Enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Forest Plaza Resort. It was a pleasue to rent from Joel. Lobby staff pleasant and helpful. Residents and other guests very friendly. Terrific view from balcony. Ocean Forest Plaza is a great place to stay. The condo has a teriffic view and is very clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds. Never had to wait long for an elevator despite the size of the building. Courteous front desk staff. Excellent pool. Professional and timely business transactions with Joel. Thank you. We had a blast!!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful and the location was great. It was terrific to wake up to the ocean view and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the pools. The complex was clean and staff were friendly. I had heard that parking would be difficult but we had no difficulties at all parking our truck in the outside lot. We will definitely be back!

We LOVED this condo. It is a great deal in a great location. Service from the owner when needed was prompt and smooth. Condo is clean and spacious. We spent so much time on the balcony, looking at the pool and ocean. Will definitely return sometime and recommend it to anyone who asks!
