So bring your toys, relax and have fun! Additionally, our partially shaded lot is perfect to enjoy your outdoor summer activities from volleyball games to private nightly campfires.

There are over seven Golf Courses to be found within 40 minutes of the cottage. Enjoy several Summer Festivals nearby - including the Ionia Free Fair, the Greenville Danish Festival held the third week in August and the Belding Labor Day Celebration. Many area attractions are within a short drive including Canoing on the Flat River, the Soaring Eagle Casino, Frederik Meijer Gardens, Michigan Adventure Amusement Park in Muskegon, and the Roger B. Chaffee Planetarium.

Located near a quaint Amish Community, shop and enjoy many hand-made unique baskets, quilts, and baked goods. Nestled between the two small towns of Lakeview and Greenville, enjoy wonderful local craft shopping, antiquing and afternoon coffee and ice cream.

This Lake Front cottage also offers two living areas - one upstairs and one downstairs and a beautiful wrap around screened-in porch with spectacular views of the lake and yard. The kitchen is large and equipped with the items necessary to prepare your family's meals for the week. There is also a charcoal grill, a large picnic table and a fire pit to enjoy a great summertime backyard BBQ!

We do not rent to High School Students.
