Beautiful and affordable Miramar Beach condominium just a short walk to public Gulf beach access and Pompano Joe's Restaurant. Tile and pergo floors are accented by cheerful and bright decor. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows up to six to sleep comfortably. There is a queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. The unit features an updated eat-in kitchen with modern appliances plus a breakfast bar. There is a television in each bedroom. The living room has a DVD player. A washer and dryer are located in a separate closet in the kitchen.
Our unit is a second (top) floor unit with a delightful balcony overlooking one of two pools in the complex. One pool is heated. Crystal Village is a wonderful complex with beautiful grounds located just a short drive from great shopping (Destin Commons/Silver Sands Outlet Mall), movie theaters and restaurants. The unit is available for both short-term and monthly rentals. No smoking or pets allowed. The access code to enter the unit is provided prior to arrival.
A great time awaits you in our unit, which offers the amenities of a beach destination without all of the traffic noise along Scenic Gulf Drive. Hello! This is Tim Cole. I'm the tall guy (second from left). This photo was taken in the spring of 2008 during a round of golf at Sandestin with some of my colleagues. Like you, I absolutely love the Emerald Coast! The Destin area has been a favorite of mine since the late 1980s, when I used to drive down from Atlanta to enjoy the beautiful beaches and crystal clear water of the Gulf. I'm an executive in the hospitality industry and have owned a number of condominiums in Miramar Beach since 2001. Crystal Village is one of my favorite complexes. It's a great place for families as well as those who enjoy the occasional golfing getaway!
Why the Owner Chose Crystal Village 1
Crystal Village offers the best of all worlds. Guests can relax in beautifully-landscaped courtyards around both swimming pools without all of the traffic noise typically experienced in condominiums along Scenic Gulf Drive. The beach, however, is only a short five to seven-minute walk away (two blocks from the intersection of Payne Street and Ellis Road). A number of the area's great golf courses and restaurants can be reached within 10 minutes. For the shopper, Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Destin Commons are just a short drive away. Best of all, rates are much more reasonable than properties along the beach.

Great Time in Destin

First of all I must say I had a great time in Destin. This was my first time renting a condo and wasn't sure how it was going to work out. Tim was extremely helpfull and very accomidating and he made sure everything ran smoothly. First of all we drove all the way from Texas "13 hours" and arived a couple of hours early. Called tim and he was able to get us into the condo even though it still wasnt time to check in. When we got there we found everything nice, clean and in excelent condition. Spent the next couple of days walking to the beach and just having an all around great time. Had such a great time that my family and I decided to stay in Destin an extra day. Called Tim up and asked if that would be possible. He said he had an opening for one more day and easily accomidated us. That extra day was the icing on the cake. Honestly didnt want to go home. Would definately recomend this condo to anyone and everyone.

This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in at Crystal Village. It was very clean and well decorated. We really enjoyed our stay and do intend to go back again next year. It is always a pleasure to stay in a Crystal Village condo.. We have never had any bad experiences or problems here.

This condo was an amazing deal: we had plenty of room for the four of us, it was just a short walk to the beach, a short drive to the outlet mall and a wide variety of restaurants. It was very clean, had all the amenities (cookware, regrigerator, washer/dryer)we could think of. Just remember to bring your own towels.

This condo was a wonderful place to stay on our Spring Break vacation. It was nicely appointed, with everything we needed. Sitting out on the deck in the morning was a true joy. The grounds of the complex are truly beautiful and lush, and the local residents were very friendly. It is a short walk to the beach, and close to shopping, restaurants, etc. I have already recommended this condo to others, and cannot wait to return next Spring Break, if not sooner!

One of the most relaxing experiences that I've had in a long time. The location of this condo is perfect; only a short walk to the beach, but away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag. The area has many things to do including the most pristine beach I've been at in some time, challenging golf, great food and exciting night life. Take this vacation and enjoy. Don't forget the oyster special at Buster's every night from 5 - 6 p.m.!

Destin has some of the best beachs, golf resorts and night life on the Emerald Coast. It is a hidden gem from the northeastern snowbirds, but not for long. The condo at crystal village is one of the most comfortable "home-away-from-home" places i've stayed at while on vacation. Extremely close to the beach, without all the hustle and bustle of the main road. Everything I needed was provided even on a few nights where we decided to cook-in rather than eat out. Condo rental is the way to go in Destin!

What a great place!!! Stayed here for a week in March and it was just perfect. The place was sparkling clean, the proximity to the beach was perfect (an easy stroll less than a city block and your at the beach and Pompano Joe's) and the choice of two pools (one heated and the other not) right outside your doorstep made for the perfect stay. The location is right in the middle of all the action but a block off the main street and in a nice community so you are away from all of the hussle and bustle of the main drag but close enough to easily walk, run or drive to the beach, grocery store, several restaurants and bars, the outlet mall and Destin Commons. The owner was also a pleasure to work with which made trip planning much less stressful.
