Mountain top getaway at Peek n' Peak Resort! Located on the 9th tee (which used to be the 18th tee) of the PGA championship upper golf course and right across from the Willy Nilly ski run. Rent this three bedroom, two-and-one-half bath condo which sleeps up to 8.
In the winter, walk out your front door to the top of the one of 27 ski runs or out the back to cross country ski amongst snow-capped trees and majestic views of the valley. Enjoy the amenities of the Resort: two golf courses, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, exercise rooms, and more. Take advantage of the golf and ski schools! The skiing is perfect for kids and families or for those who enjoy a black diamond run. Enjoy the area's attractions such as the beaches of Presque Isle, Chautauqua Institute and Lake, Findley Lake, and even Niagra Falls.
This three bedroom has the master bedroom and bath on the main floor and two bedrooms and another bath on the second. The master has a queen and the bedrooms upstairs have a queen in one and two twins in another. The living and dining areas face a gas fireplace, a large deck, and expansive views of the 18th tee. Leather and contemporary cherry furniture are featured throughout the condo. The large basement is great as additional recreational space with leather sofas, cable TV, a foosball and air hockey table, and other children's toys and games. There is a queen pull-out sofa in the living room as well.
Linens are included plus starter hand soap, dish detergent and toilet paper. Please note that the wireless internet is available at the Lodge and wi-fi DSL is available in the condo.
This unit is privately owned and is being offered at prices 30-40% less than the Peek's prices. Rent it for your next event or vacation! Two-night minimum. Checks or Pay Pal accepted.
Cancellation policy: If the client cancels prior to 3 months to the stay, there is a full refund. If the client cancels between 3 weeks before to 3 months before the stay, the deposit if forfeited but the rent is refunded. If the client cancels within the 3 week period to the stay, the deposit is forfeited and the rent is credited to a future date.
