Mountain top getaway at Peek n' Peak Resort! The Bowen 8279 Canterbury condo experiences the best of both the golf and skiing worlds. It is located directly on the recently re-numbered 9th tee (which was the 18th tee) of the PGA championship upper golf course and right across from the Willy Nilly and Avondale ski runs. It has an unobstructed view of the golf course and is very centrally located for skiing as well. Just shuffle across the street and down the main central run you go! No driving or parking necessary. You can ski directly down to purchase your lift ticket from the window in the morning. We also do not have snow-making machines on our side of the street so we don't hear their noise at night as some units do.
Our guests may enjoy all the amenities of the Resort: two 18 hole golf courses, indoor and outdoor swimming pools (with water slide,) hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, fitness center, Spa, putt putt golf and more. Take advantage of the golf and ski schools! The skiing is perfect for kids and families or for those who enjoy a black diamond run. Enjoy the area's attractions such as the beaches of Presque Isle, Chautauqua Institute and Lake, Findley Lake, and even Niagra Falls.
This three bedroom has the master bedroom and its own full bath on the main floor and two bedrooms and another full bath on the second. The master has a King size bed in it and was recently repainted and redecorated. The bedrooms upstairs have a Queen in one and two Twins in another. The Great Room faces a gas fireplace, a large deck, and expansive views of the 9th(18th) tee. Leather and contemporary cherry furniture are featured throughout the condo. The large basement is great as additional recreational space with leather sofas, cable TV, a foosball and air hockey table, and other children's toys and games. There are two queen pull-out sofas (thick deluxe mattresses) and a full sized futon in the condo as well. A new large capacity front loader washer and steam dryer were installed 1/11. Please note: please use only HE detergent in the washer.
The condo is protected by a keypad lock which works with individual personalized codes given out to renters. Renters may then change the code if they wish for their rental period. No hassle with keys or lost keys!
Linens are included plus starter hand soap, dish detergent and toilet paper. Please note that the wireless internet is available at the Lodge and wi-fi DSL is available in the condo.
This unit is privately owned and is being offered at a discount to the Peek's prices. Rent it for your next event or vacation! Two-night minimum. Visa/MC/Discover accepted with a 2.5% transaction fee through Vrbo's and Homeaway's Reservation Management system. (International cards require an additional charge.) Echecks are also accepted with a 1% transaction fee. Regular bank checks or Pay Pal accepted (Pay Pal requires an additional fee of 3%.) All amenities of the resort are available for use although the pool/exercise/tennis area requires a daily fee of $12/day for adults and $6/day for children. We offer flexible check-in and check-out times to compensate for the fees, but only if they are cleared first through the owner so accurate cleaning times can be maintained.
Cancellation policy: If the client cancels prior to 90 days of the stay, there is a full refund. If the client cancels between 30 days before and 90 days before the stay, the deposit if forfeited but the rent is refunded. If the client cancels within the 30 day period before the stay, the deposit is forfeited and the rent is credited to a future date.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is extremely convenient for both skiing and golfing! It is also centrally positioned between activities in the Erie and Penisula area and in Western NY and Canadian areas.

We live in Indiana, but David grew up in the Erie area and still has a lot of family there. The Peek is the perfect place for us to see family and a enjoy a resort/vacation spot as well. Our children have loved learning how to ski here! We also enjoy Chautauqua and going to Niagra Falls. There is world class fishing in Elk Creek (in Girard, PA) as well.

What a great fall weekend! Your condo is awesome. We used this as a meeting place with friends from Ohio. We will definitely come back, next time to play some golf. We enjoyed watching the foursomes. The leaves were beautiful and we enjoyed the Fall Festival. Thank you for allowing us to share your little piece of heaven.

Your condo is so so nice "awesome" as your kids would say. The location is perfect, with beautiful views, the spaciousness allows everyone to do "his/her" own thing without interferring with each other. The kitchen is so well stocked, the laundry room a plus, the downstairs ideals. There is nothing not to like!
