Amazing vacation, great unit

We had a great vacation, this unit was exceptionally maintained, with very easy access to the lifts (front door to lifts was less than 2 minutes). We have 2 young children (5 & 7), so the proximity made our access to the slopes simple & easy. Also the unit is very comfortable for relaxing in the hot tub or in front of a fire after skiing. Amazing views & close to great shopping & restaurants in Park City. We'll go back again and definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time in this condo! As a family of six, we always have a hard time making everyone happy. Not here!!! Our family on a unanimous vote has graded this condo and trip the best yet! There are spacious bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, an inviting living room with a wood burning fireplace and even hot tubs inside and out! The location is perfect as well…you are minutes away from heart of downtown Park City and literally across the street from the main ski lift in Deer Valley! Our family had an amazing trip and have since planned on securing this spot in the months to come.

Our family of six had a great time at this condo which is very near the main lodge and ski lifts. Almost what you would call ski-in ski-out. The condo was clean, modern, and keep in well condition. The owner was responsive. We highly recommend this very nice property. Feel free to contact me if you have any quesitons.

Should be better

This property is in fair condition with some old appliances, oler furniture and very old TV's. The dishes and utensils need replacing. There is very limited cable stations (I did not know a cable package could have so few stations) and the phone in the unit was turned off. The unit does not come with wireless technology, you need to connect to a neighbors address. The owner is not easy to talk to, does not return phone calls timely and when I expected the keys to be delivered they were not. I had to hunt the owner down to find out what happened to the keys. It led to being very concerned as to whether this was a scam. She showed no interest in insuring the confidence of the reservation so expect to feel like they do not care. Bargain for a low price as the amenities are lacking and the lack of concern and warmth by the owner poor.

Owner response: The Stove and Oven and Microwave are two years old, the furniture in the family room and dining room are a year old. The beds are 2 – 3 years old, while dressers are older. The washer and dryer are older but still work well. We have never had any complaints regarding the age of the furniture or appliances. The dishes and glassware are less than 2 years old, and we have a very complete set of utensils that has accumulated from our stays there for extended periods of time. Some are older. We have the preferred package with Comcast which is one step below Premium and has over 220 channels plus we have Showtime. There are no HD channels. The TV in the Family room is a year old flat panel Samsung. The TV’s in the bedrooms are older but work well. Each bedroom has DVD and CD players as does the Family room. We do not advertise that the unit has phone service. Over the past years people have not used it, as it is most common for people to use their cellular phones. If we had any feedback from any other renters, we would certainly consider turning it back on. We do not advertise that the unit has wireless technology available. Our HOA has discussed adding it to all three buildings over the past years. There is plenty of access in the building, even though we don’t offer it in the unit. My wife spoke to the renter many times over a two month period sharing information regarding the unit and the area in general. There was an 8 hour period when she was working and unable to answer her phone and subsequently realized that the renter had called her every hour for 8 hours. By the time she turned her phone back on, it was too late to call. She returned called first thing the following morning. We have an on-site property manager who delivered the keys personally. The renter did not send his check within the required 30 day time period which we discussed and was clearly stated in our basic contract. That is why the keys were not sent through the mail. We told the renter that this is how it would be handled. We always offer great pricing as compared to other units or hotels and the convenience of being right next to the lodge can’t be beat. We take great pride in our condo, and my wife spends countless hours talking to renters about our experiences, making restaurant recommendations, making suggestions regarding ski school and other amenities. I am sorry if this renter did not enjoy his stay. I’m not exactly sure what his expectations were.
