A gorgeous, half-acre, flat yard is great for families to relax while lounging in a large hammock! The back yard patio with summer furniture is private and filled with summer flowers. A new gas grill makes outdoor eating easy and quick... with a new tank of gas always available on site for refills. A nice, clean outdoor shower makes it a snap for large families to clean off after a sandy day at the beach!
