This home was amazing. It had every thing possible that you would need. Very cozy yet everyone had there own space. Short walk to shuttle. Short drive to main street, the view as your driving into town is worth the drive. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in Breckenridge.

This home is just a short walk from the bus stop up or down the mountain. The pictures do an admirable job for pictures but they do not show the extreem love and care that the owners have for this "home-away-from-home" - they have upgraded the furniture, kitchen, bedding, roof, and window to make this the most comfortable house we have stayed in during our 13 years of going to Breckenridge to ski. The owers have excellent support for care of the hot tub, cleaning between renters, and snow removal. In addition, they were easy to work with on during the scheduling and agreement process, they answered any and all quesions, and they provided an up-to-date links to local attractions and support in and around Breckenridge. We wanted for nothing in this beautiful home or from the owners. I recommend this to anyone wanting to getaway and enjoy Breckenridge at anytime of the year.

We had a great time at this home in Breckenridge. My wife and I stayed a week with our son, his wife and baby, and two other adult boys of ours. Plenty of room and bathroom accommodations. The listing description was accurate regarding this location. The home was well stocked with cooking utensils and all the appliances were excellent, including outdoor grill, hot tub, and washer/dryer. We had a great time skiing. A short walk to the four o’clock run and closer to the shuttle/peak 7 & 8/downtown. Non-skiers had a great time shopping and snowmobiling. The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner was extremely helpful and prompt in answering questions.

We had such a great time at this home in Breckenridge! We had 3 couples and there was definitely enough room! We all had our own rooms and bathrooms plus lots of couch space and warm blankets! We enjoyed the hot tub, beautiful scenery and easy walk to the shuttle. The large dining room was great for meals and playing games. We would definitely recommend this house to a large group!

We stayed 5 days/4 nites 1st week of Jan-2011. Home was better than described and perfectly located. Price was most reasonable compared to surrounding properties. Very well appointed and stocked with everything necessary for a great ski vacation. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends.

We stayed here for 3 nights with 4 people and it was perfect. The house was very accommodating and well stocked with appliances, towels, and comfy blankets to curl up with. It was also conveniently located just down the street from the free ride bus to the ski lifts and only a 5 minute drive to Main St. This is a great place and we would definitely recommend it to anyone!

This is the third fall we've stayed at this property. It's location is great; an easy walk down hill to town, right on the bus line back up the hill. The home is better than the pictures and very well equipped. Not only with appliances and video equipment, but also games, puzzles, movies, etc. The hot tub is very relaxing. It's very near the Nordic Center hiking trails. The bedrooms and baths are arranged so that the one year our son and daughter-in-law stayed with us, we each felt like we had our own home. We're looking forward to going back and taking our granddaughters who never been to Colorado.

Property matches listing description in location, sleeping accomadations and in cleanness. I would recommend the condo to others as it is convienent to the gandola ride, ski area and bus route. We have stayed at this condo on two different ski trips.

We truly enjoyed everything about this property. It is in a wonderful location. The house has all you need to relax and enjoy! Great place to stay with or without kids. Having the two living areas was wonderful. I would defiantly recommend staying at this property. It was very clean and well maintained.
