We stayed here for 4 days in nov 2011. We really enjoyed our stay here. Condo is beautifully decorated with everything you will need . Our kids loved the bunk beds. Kitchen has all the pots pans spoons plates.. Its a well equiped kitchen. We did lot of cooking baking grilling in the grill downstairs. View from the balcony is just beautiful, saw lot of dolphins right from the balcony. Beach is really clean and family friendly and steps away:).There was no beach service available at this team soo we got our own beach chairs. We loved our stay here and will love to come back:)

Thanks Chri for everything! This condo was amazing! I think we had the best view of the beach. It is everything described and more. Chri was amazing to work with. My girls and I decided to take a "last minute" trip to the beach and Chri was so accomodating. We arrived on Thanksgiving and were only able to stay 2 nights but it was well worth the drive. I will definately be booking again but next time I will be bringing my hubby! I will also tell my friends! P.S. The weather was amazing.

Our first VRBO try, and we really got more than expected. This is definitely the best beach view anyone could find on the Emerald Coast. Condo is exceptionally clean, and very well stocked with everythibng you could need. The beach chairs & umbrella were a very nice touch to be added in, and the only thing anyone needs to bring is a beach towel! Most relaxing vacation I have ever had. The description doesn't do this place justice! Great location; very comfortable; and definitely worth every penny. Would come back to this place in a heartbeat, given the opportunity!

We stayed in this beautiful condo for 9 days (thanks Chri for letting us get it a day early!). This was our first trip to Florida and I cannot imagine finding a better place to stay. My two kids (4 and 11) loved the condo and being right on the beach was awesome. It is in a quite area of the building but right next to the stairwell to take you to the beach. It was clean with all the amenities that you could want. Chri was a true blessing to work with. We will most definitely be back next year!!!

My family of 5 stayed at this condo and it was absolutely beautiful! Very well maintained, great view of the beach and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thanks, Duke and Chri for a great getaway from Orlando! We will be back to enjoy more of the Ft Walton Beach and Destin area - 3 days wasn't long enough.

Best Vacation Rental We've Ever Rented!!!

If you are looking to go to Destin / Ft. Walton Beach, you have found the PERFECT condo to rent!! This condo was so CLEAN, I told my husband that we've never stayed in a rental or beach house that was so CLEAN!! There was not anything at all that we needed that they didn't have in the condo. The view from the balcony is HEAVENLY!!! We would sit for hours at night and just listen and stare at the ocean. This condo being right on the beach is the best. If we needed to go back to the condo for anything, it was just a few steps away. There were lots of people staying at Pelican Isle but I never felt like it was crowded. It's very private and quiet!! I could seriously live there!!! This condo being in Fort Walton is only 6 miles into Destin, where we spent the majority of our time for dining and activities. But not a far drive at all. We drive farther than that from our home to go places. Comfy beds, great decorations, CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, plenty of dishes and cookware for you to use, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, great cable channels for my KIDS, WI-FI and THE COLDEST fridge and freezer we've ever seen!!!! It was just like we were at home, it was the best vacation we've ever had! I promise you, you won't be disappointed in this condo. The owners worked with us too which makes it so nice, not having to deal with a rental company. I give this condo TEN STARS ********** We will be back next summer, and the summer after that, and the summer after that.....

Recently stayed there for 5 weeks. Extremely clean with high end bedding and towels etc. Very well appointed with new furniture and a well equipped kitchen. Great clour co-ordinations on the walls throughtout. Would come back in a heartbeat. Unit is located in a quieter area of the building. View from the balcony is outstanding and only about 300 feet from the water's edge. A pristine beach, well groomed and the cleanest I have ever seen.

My husband and I took our 4 kids to this condo. It was a perfect place for us to stay, just big enough and the beach was wonderful!! Just having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella provided saved at least $25/day. The decor of the condo was perfect for the "beach" feel. And my kids loved the bunk beds. Thanks again Chri & Duke. Duke & Chri, We had a great time staying at your condo for four days. There were alot of dolphins to see, a few sea turtles, and a baby stingray. Your place was very comfortable, clean, and the view from the deck was amazing. The weather was incredible too. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.
