This comfortable non-smoking home was completed in January, 2006. All BRAND NEW FURNISHINGS will provide you with a comfortable atmosphere for your vacation. We are just 45 minutes from the Tampa Bay International Airport, 15 minutes from Sarasota/Bradenton Airport and only 20 minutes from the Gulf Stream beaches. Bush Gardens is an hour away and Disney World is less than two-hour drive.

Our GATED community offers activities for the whole family: golf, swimming, basketball, baseball, soccer, exercise room, fishing, roller hockey, tennis, volleyball and biking. The heated community pools have been designed for children and adults. Upscale outlet shopping is one exit away.

The home is fully furnished. There is a queen size bed in the master suite with a soaking tub and seperate shower and a double sink arrangement. On the upper level there are two bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and the other room has two twin beds. They share a common bathroom with a full tub/shower and a double sink. The loft area has a pull out sofa sleeper for the extra guests.. On the first floor there is also a laundry room with a large capacity washer and a gas dryer. The powder room is also on the ground level. CABLE MODEM with high speed INTERNET service.

  • This villa is absolutely gorgeous!! The first thing you'll notice when you enter this home is a feeling of calm, quiet and relaxation. The furnishings, layout and decor are top of the line. You'll be provided with quality everything from towels to bed linens to the beautifully furnished kitchen. We have very high standards when renting vacation accommodations with cleanliness and decor being top priorities and this home exceeded our expectations. My husband and I stayed here for a week in April 2006, and we are now officially "spoiled rotten". Our only problem is that this villa has now set the bar as far as what we want and expect in accommodations!! Chuck, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. We'll definitely be back and have recommended this villa as "the nicest we've ever stayed in" to all our family and friends. If you're thinking about renting this villa, do it, you won't be dissappointed.

  • This home is a terrific rental! A brand new home in Heritage Harbour that is comfortably furnished to meet all of your needs. The house is immaculate and very spacious. We needed a rental for a month until the home we were building was complete. I am so glad that I found this listing. The owners are great and we felt so at home in the rental. The neighborhood is wonderful. Golf, pool, fitness center, playground, a safe gated-community with close proximity to I-75, what more could you ask for in a vacation rental?! I can't say enough good things about our rental experience! Book this Heritage Harbour home for your vacation or other rental needs, and you will be very glad you did!!!
