We are just 45 minutes from the Tampa Bay International Airport, 15 minutes from Sarasota / Bradenton Airport and only 20 minutes from the Gulf Stream beaches. Bush Gardens is an hour away and Disney World is less than two-hour drive.
Our GATED community offers activities for the whole family: golf, swimming, basketball, baseball, soccer, exercise room, fishing, roller hockey, tennis, volleyball and biking. The heated community pools have been designed for children and adults. Upscale outlet shopping is one exit away.

The home is fully furnished. There is a queen size bed in the master suite with a soaking tub and separate shower and a double sink arrangement. On the upper level there are two bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and the other room has two twin beds. They share a common bathroom with a full tub/shower and a double sink. The loft area has a pull out sofa sleeper for the extra guests.. On the first floor there is also a laundry room with a large capacity washer and a gas dryer. The powder room is also on the ground level. CABLE MODEM with high speed INTERNET service.
