This two-story luxurious villa offers all luxuries in order to spend relaxed weeks in a stunning ambiance and the fantastic climate of Florida. It offers more than enough space and comfort for up to 12 people. Through the diverse options in the house and the surrounding area, you can enjoy every minute of your holiday. The beach can be reached by bicycle or on foot, along with the tennis and squash courts or the marina. Supermarkets and a lot of good restaurants are also nearby. The large pool deck invites you to relax by the pool, but also to have a grill festival in the evening. Boat lovers will appreciate it that you just need a few minutes from the house to the river, of course, without having to go under bridges and through locks. Environment: A paradise for sun lovers, water sports lovers, fishers and golfers. Countless tennis courts and golf courses in Cape Coral and the surrounding area. Florida is recommended for all seasons due to its mild, sub-tropical climate. In the Spring, Fall and Winter, the temperatures are about 20-30 C, in the summer about 30-35 C. The water in the Gulf of Mexico is rarely cooler than 20 C and reaches temperatures of up to 34 C during the summer. In Cape Coral, all imaginable tropical plants grow due to the sub-tropical climate. Shopping around the clock - the shopping centres and supermarkets in the entire region guarantee this. Restaurants and bars for all tastes and friendly service can be found everywhere. Good doctors and a modern hospital are available in Cape Coral. The criminality rate in Cape Coral is one of the lowest of all comparable cities in the USA, which adds to the quality of life.
Arrival: Direct flights from Germany with Air Berlin from Dusseldorf or Munich to southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers (only 30 min. from our villa). Alternatively, a lot of airlines fly to the airport in Miami (2.5 hr from our villa) or Orlando (3.5 hr from our villa). Rental cars are inexpensive directly at the airport through different agencies like Alamo, Hertz, Budget and can also be returned directly at the airport. A credit card is normally required for the booking. Directions to the villa Seabreeze Estate can be received from our management in advance.

There are 40 parks and lakes in Cape Coral, along with countless dream beaches like Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. We have stayed in various villas in the Orlando area but this was our first time down in Cape Coral, and wow the villa did not disappoint this must be one of the best villas we have stayed in to date, the quality of the villa and furnishings were outstanding and the area the villa is sitauated is great for the beaches by boat and by road into town . We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks and also took up the option of the speedboat which gave us easy access to the beaches. We also struck it lucky with the weather which was in the high 90s every single day. We would recommend this villa to anyone looking for high quality and good service from start to finish of the booking. Our family of 4 stayed here for three weeks in July 2011. The house is very well appointed and immaculately clean. The pool area is lovely to relax around and have evening barbecues. The canoe was made use of by the children and we all enjoyed developing our pool playing skills in the games room. The piano is situated perfectly for excellent acoustics throughout the house. The cinema room is very comfortable and there is a 3D TV downstairs also . Unfortunately there weren't any DVDs to watch on them.The house offers excellent accommodation for the money. Karl and Maria were very good to deal with as were BMI. The owners were excellent to deal with as was BMI.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

We came to Florida for my Dad's 80th Birthday in March, since he lives in Florida, and we all live in PA, we rented a home big enough for all of us. The house is amazing with plenty to do for all the age groups gathered. The house is set up that everyone really has their own space, and there is plenty of communal space for when everyone is together.The pool table & hot tub were great, as well as the two large screen TV's and exercise room, which was used by multiple people every day. We only stayed the weekend, but wish we could have stayed the week. The bikes were really nice too, but wish there was more then just two, since the house holds 12. We did not use the canoe, since it is kept in the garage, and moving it out & back each time it is used appeared more difficult since there is no boat ramp at the home. However, if I stayed the week, I would have definetly taken it out. Very Clean home, good selection of kitchen supplies & linens and bathroom space. Couches extremely comfortable, and plenty of space to have a catered event. Close to Fort Myers Beaches, shopping and dining. Overall great experience, would stay again if back in area with large group again. The building of the boat dock with a 10K lift is starting this week and will be finished April 1st 2011, then it will be very easy for our next guests to get the canoe into the water. The location of the house is great! It's close by the beach and the local town, which offered really good restaurants and cute, family owned shops. There's something for everyone: fishing, water sports, shopping, etc. The house itself is BRAND NEW and the quality of it really makes it feel like you're staying at a lavish and expensive 4 star hotel, but without the price. It's furnished tastefully and in contemporary furniture, which I appreciated. I would say the pictures are an accurate portrayal of the property and house itself. Overall, my company and I had a great time, and we would whole-heartedly recommend this rental to anyone. We will definitely be returning!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Wir waren vom 25.02.2012 bis 15.03.2012 in dieser Villa. Es war der beste Urlaub bisher. Die Beschreibung ist super korrekt und die Villa ist noch besser als beschrieben. Alles sehr sauber und es war auch alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Von der Küchenausstattung bis zu den Poolhandtücher hat nichts gefehlt. Die Komunikation vor Ort wie auch die in Deutschland waren super. Das Boot vor Ort war natürlich gut und es hat auch alles gut funktioniert. Es war das 6. mal, dass wir (2 Familien mit jeweils 3 Kindern) in Cape Coral Urlaub machten. Diesmal war es mit Abstand am schönsten, da wir erstmalig zusammen ein Haus (sonst immer 2 kleinere Häuser) bewohnten. Dieses Haus ist einfach perfekt, es hat zwei herrliche Mastersuiten, da gab es keine Probleme bei der Zimmeraufteilung. Diese Villa ist einfach riesig, hat allen nur erdenklichen Komfort und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten es, im Pool zu toben oder mit dem Kanu durch die Kanäle zu paddeln. Wir hatten, wie immer, ein Boot gemietet und waren sehr glücklich damit, nach wenigen Minuten im offenen Wasser zu sein und Gasgeben zu können. Die Lage ist auch sonst perfekt, man ist ganz nah an der Brücke zu Fort Myers oder am Strand von Cape Coral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch reichlich in der Nähe und trotzdem liegt das Haus in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Es war einfach toll, wir haben alles sehr genossen, ob es nun das abendliche Grillen am Pool, Billardspielen, 3D Filme schauen, oder einfach nur gemütlich oben auf der Terasse zu sitzen und die Fische zu beobachten. Auch der separate Fitnessraum ist wirklich toll, z.B. das Laufband mit Steigung trainiert sehr effektiv, auch wenn es doch etwas anstrengend ist. Wir alle, vor allem auch die Kinder, waren begeistert. Der nächste Aufenthalt in der Villa Seabreeze ist fest eingeplant.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
