This wonderful Kamaole Sands fourth floor, dual-level condo will sleep a total of six. This Condo is a two bedroom - two bath unit, with a sleeper sofa. Both bathrooms have been re-modeled as of September 2007. Kitchen re-modeled April 2008. The Condo large lanai overlooks the gardens and pool, with a view of the ocean and mountains. Great sunset view. It is located in building 6, unit #403 (top floor)where a lovely view awaits you.
Kamaole Sands is a beautiful 15 acre property located directly across from Kamaole Beach Three. The ideal location, spacious grounds, and complete amenities make it the ideal location for your family’s Maui vacation. On grounds there are two Jacuzzis, a large pool, children’s pool area, a wading pool, four regulation tennis courts, and barbecues. World class golf, shopping, dining, and ocean activities are all just a short drive away.
The Condo has king size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the unit has a washer and dryer. Hair dryer in both bathrooms. Beach towels and chairs for our guest. Beach toys and boogie boards for guest to use. Brand new Bamboo flooring installed Oct. 2009. Free Wifi to our guest. There are two parking spaces if needed.

We check out many condos and liked Kamaole Sands the best. The grounds are lovely and the pool is large. We enjoy going to the beach right across from the condo, Kamaole Beach 3. We also like that it is only 13 miles from the airport and main city. It is very convenience to everywhere, shopping , beaches, and resturants.

Fred and I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. My husband in a general dentist and I also work in the office. We have always enjoyed Maui and found this great condo in 1999 and decide to buy it. Our children are grown and now with babies who all have enjoyed going to Maui .

We stayed in this unit Nov 12-26/11 and were absolutely thrilled with the condo. This is our second time at the Kamaole Sands and this unit was our favorite. The pictures and description are accurate although the view from the lanai is even better in person. This unit has a large lanai that is mostly open to the sky (some other units are small and covered) and it became the most used "room" for our family. The property was very clean and well appointed. The bed in the master bedroom was so incredibly comfortable that my husband and I came home and bought ourselves a similar bed. I've never had such a great sleep while on vacation. Sharon and Fred were extremely prompt and helpful in answering any questions we had. Their rates were very reasonable and didn't seem to charge all the extra fees that I have seen on other listings. We would definitely rent from them again. We really liked the location of this condo. It was a short walk to the pool (great for my elderly mother-in-law) and the beach was about a 3 minute walk. There are lots of good restaurants and other beaches within walking distance. For activities, our family loved the Maui Ocean Center, watching the sunrise at the crater at Haleakala and of course snorkeling/boogie boarding at Kam lll. My husband saw a large sea turtle by the rocks to the right. A highlight for him.If you go for the sunrise at Haleakala, pay attention to all the warnings about how cold it is and then double your clothing! The drive back down after the sunrise is breathtaking on a clear morning. My only complaint would be that we only had two weeks at this lovely condo. Next time....we're coming for three!

Fred & Sharon, Your condo was wonderful. It was very well furnished with everything we needed. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, coolers etc and also has a very well stocked kitchen. Loved your large lanai. We had 3 units booked and ours had the larger lanai. Your unit is just as you wrote in your description. It was within walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. The king bed was very comfortable and 2 full size beds were nice for our adult children. Some of us loved the flat screen t.v.'s but I was on vacation. NO TV. We've been to Maui several times and when we come again we will definitly be calling you. Thank you for sharing your condo with us! Mahalo.
