  This was our first experience renting a vacation home, and it's hard to imagine how it could have been any better. Everything was perfect when we arrived--spotlessly clean, wonderfully roomy, and very well equipped. Two dollars worth of ornaments from the nearby Walmart transformed the potted plant in the dining room into a Christmas tree, and we had a sweet experience for our first ever Christmas away from home before we headed out to Disney World. It was such a relief to return to the villa after an exhausting day of fun and have plenty of space rather than be squished into a cramped, kitchen-less, hotel room. Alan, the owner, and John and Elizabeth, the managers were warm and accommodating and quick to respond to every question I asked. Had I made the request of Alan, John and Elizabeth to do something about the crowds at the park, I believe they would have tried! I'm not sure when we will make it back to Florida, but when we do, I won't stay anywhere but here. Thank you for a truly wonderful vacation home experience!

  This was the first time we rented a home. We usually stay on property while visiting WDW. We have 4 kids and my mom usually travels with us. This house was perfect. It had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves and more. We arrived to a clean home. I love that there were 4 bedrooms and everyone had their own bed and we had lots of room to move about. I got to do a load of laundry each night so we packed less just for this reason. Anything we needed was a short drive away. The neighborhood was nice and you could tell many of the homes were rentals. We used the pool everyday! I have to bring this next thing up, because it is important. One night we came back from the parks to find the police infront of the house. Someone did attempt to break into the home. I am very grateful that the owner had a working security system in place. We set it every time we left the house. It scared off the burglars and they got NOTHING! This could have ruined our trip, but because we used it, our vacation just experienced a little bump. The management team were notified and at the home within minutes. They were so kind and even offered us to use a different property, but we felt good about where we were and the police response time was quick too. I feel that the price was very affordable and worth every penny. I hope the home is availbale the next time we plan another trip. Thank you Alan!

• What a great villa!

  We just got back from a holiday and stayed in this great villa. The pictures don't do justice to the house, as it is beautifully furnished and quite roomy. The pool had sunshine for the whole day. We enjoyed the view of the lake with its (small) alligators and beautiful birds and swimming in our pool. On the first day we had a small problem with the toilet and it was immediately fixed by John of the management company. John and Elizabeth were really friendly and easy to reach. We visit Florida every year and this villa is one of the best we have stayed in (if not the best). Location is excellent - near the 192 and at the entrance of Eagle Point. Maybe I shouldn't rave too much - we want to visit again and maybe should keep this a secret :-)) Jeannette

  Great pool and very comfortable. Great location for visiting theme parks and water parks. Very nicely furnished and good support from local manager. Very handy for supermarkets and restaurants. Great holiday base. Nice location looking over the lagoon.

  We have stayed here 3 times now and absolutely love this villa. We were tempted not to write a review because it would encourage others to book the villa however that would have been unfair to the owners who have always been a joy to deal with. Our three grown up children see it as their home from home - their words not ours. We cannot wait to go back when family commitments permit as we know how central it is to everything and at the end of the day we go back to a house that is comfortable and welcoming in every sense of the word. The location is central to all the major attractions and Publix and Walmart are nearby. I would be reluctant to stay anywhere else other than this villa in Eagle Pointe.

  This was the 2nd Villa we have rented in Orlando and we would like to say that it was perfect for us, it was exactly as described immaculately presented, close to all major attractions and shopping, the 192 is only minutues away. The owners (Alan and Dee) were fantastic to deal with and answered all our questions, the only minor down side was no wireless internet connection but I understand that it has now been installed. Would definately recommend this villa to our friends and family. We hope to return next year.

  Great home, everything was as presented. Both the home owner and management team were easy to work with. Great value, so much better than a hotel. Kids lived in the pool. Hope to stay again next year.

  We just wanted to let you know how wonderful this villa is we stayed there for christmas - and it made our holiday one of the best we have ever had in Orlando - The owner was friendly and answered all my questions quickly and patiently as we were very particular about where we stayed the description and the location of where the villa was and how to get there from the Airport was excellent. The Villa was clean and tidy and all the rooms were very spacious It was also exactly in the right place close to all the Disney parks and the best area for eating and shopping on the 192 It was also close enough to the Walmart to do our food shopping and to get fresh milk and bread etc - The amenities in the villa was very useful to have but would have been even better if we had internet connection. The cost was also reasonable, we have paid much more in hotels for far less space "We would definitely stay in this Villa again if its available on our next holiday in Orlando, and will recommend the Villa to our friends and family.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.
