Located at the Palm's Resort, this spacious, comfortable, OCEANFRONT condo on the 11th floor offers incredible panoramic views up and down the beach.
Our vacation home is centrally located, just 1-3/4 mile from Broadway at the Beach and 3/4 mile from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, at 2500 North Ocean Boulevard and 25th Avenue North.

You will enjoy all the comforts of home in this fully furnished vacation retreat. A relaxing get-away with a king size master suite, a queen size bedroom and a small kids' bedroom with two twin beds. This unit is approximately 1300 sq ft, including balconies.

Available to responsible adults, age 25 and over, and families. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets, please.

Six of us spent a week here in mid-August 2011. This condo is awesome! It is very spacious, clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked. We instantly felt at home. There are spectacular views of the ocean & the boardwalk, and it is very centrally located to hundreds of activities and shops. Tammy was very helpful throughout the entire reservation process and during our stay. She had every item that we could possibly need waiting for us, right down to can coolers and a hairdryer! The week went by entirely too fast and we are looking forward to returning to Myrtle Beach. When we do, we will definitely be looking into the availability of this unit again.

What a great condo! We had 3 adults and 4 kids. We had plenty of room and the place had everything we needed. This is our 3rd year vacationing in Myrtle and this was by far the best place we have stayed. We were looking for a place to come back to every year. We have now found it.

We just stayed in this condo the last week of July 2011. This was our fourth trip to Myrtle Beach and it was our best time due in no small part to the great condo and its location. We were able to walk to the Boardwalk, shops and restaurants. It was great to leave the car parked for days at a time. The description and photos accurately reflect the property. The space was clean and very well maintained. The balconies and views were just stunning. Not only will I recommend this property to everyone I know, I will stay in it again the next time we visit Myrtle Beach.

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for the last 10 yrs for a week each summer. Out of all the condo's that we have rented over the year this one is by far the best one we've stayed in. It's extremely well stocked with everything you could possible imagine. Clean. Up to date. Very well maintained. And dealing with Tammy is great. You can tell that her and Shorty truly care about their guests. Whenever anyone asks about where we stay when we go to Mrytle Beach I have them see if this unit is available. We spent a week here in June 2010. We had me and my wife and two daughters age 16 and 18 and two of their friends. The place met or exceeded our expectations. It had all of the comforts of home and was beautiful. We loved the decks with the afternoon shade and nice breeze every day. The area was safe for teenagers to explore and nice walk to the boardwalk tourist area (about a mile). I would recommend to anyone. A well maintained condo!

We rented this condo in spring 2010, and it was even better than the awesome photos! Everything was even better than the descriptions of the rental. Tammy was so nice to deal with, and was VERY flexible with our limited dates that we could come to Myrtle Beach. You couldn't ask for a better contact than Tammy. We have decided that if we ever bring family down to Myrtle, we will check with Tammy before we go anywhere else. The condo is so spacious, and though we mostly went out to eat, the kitchen is definetly full service!! The balconies were so awesome, and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. Thank you Tammy and Shorty for an awesome place to stay!
