Vasari Country Club Clubhouse - Bonita Springs, Florida Luxury Vacation Condo Enjoy this luxury vacation condo overlooking a 40 acre lake at Vasari Country Club in Bonita Springs. This brand new professionally furnished condo will be completed by December, 2005. Sit on the lanai at night and enjoy wonderful sunsets overlooking the lake and the beautiful Mediterranean clubhouse. Enjoy the multi colored fountain too! This condo is located next to a private pool, whirlpool and barbeque area. This 2nd floor unit features approximately 1800 square feet of living space with 15 foot ceilings throughout. The cabinets are fully stocked with all the conveniences of home. The den is appointed with a beautiful desk along with wireless internet service as well as a queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoy the dining room area which seats 6. The table is made of a glass countertop and ceramic base with comfortable cushiony chairs and beautiful area rugs that sit on tile floors. The large living area contains a entertainment center with DVD,VCR surround sound stereo, and Cable TV. Furnishings are by Lexington, Drexel and Hawthorne. The sitting area includes a coffee table, large overstuffed couch and pillows as well as 2 arm chairs and two end tables. This area overlooks the lanai which is perfect for sunset viewing or a quiet breakfast. Golf is available at Vasari for renters. The transfer also includes full use of the clubhouse, fitness center, massage, and tennis. The transfer is a one time fee of $424.00. You can enjoy unlimited golf. Casual and formal dining are available in the 20,000 square foot clubhouse overlooking the lake, colored fountains and 18th green. So, enjoy your vacation getaway in the sun and fun.
