Along with the living room and kitchen, there is a dining room, sunroom, and 2-car garage for your convenience, as well as a screened, heated pool and spa. Brand new landscaping creates a tropical paradise, with your own grapefruit and tangelo trees in your backyard to enjoy during the seasons. Extras include: high speed Comcast internet (with printer/fax/copier/scanner) and cable TV, bicycles, beach wagon and all the beach toys you need!! Immaculate home with many special touches. We offer both a pet free and smoke free environment for our guests.

Refundable Damage Deposit of $500 & Departure Cleaning Fee of $150.
