The beach house is just a few minutes walk to the beach and provides you with the privacy of your own home with your own private pool just for you and your family. The home is decorated in bright colorful tropical themes, very comfortable and will leave you with many happy memories. In June 2009, the kitchen was completely renovated. Kitchen now opens up to the family room and is seperated with a bar counter top with four bar stools to enjoy watching the chef cook.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, television, private bath and a French door out to the pool. In October 2009, the master bath was renovated with a glass block shower. The second bedroom has a cherry wood, four poster queen size bed,television and the third bedroom has twin beds.
The large eat-in kitchen has a table for six. The great room has a large sitting area for friends and family with a television, DVD and VCR player, plus games and books. A side sun-room has a tv with a day bed and trundel bed which can be used as a fourth bedroom when needed. Cabana style curtains provide the privacy from the sunroom to the great room. In back of the one-car garage is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Guests agree: this house is comfortable and having your own private back yard and private pool without sharing it with strangers is wonderful. You will unwind here, and linger longer. Grill your dinner, relax around the pool without anyone else around. Yard is landscaped with hibiscus, coconut palms, queen palms, robellini palms, bouganviellias, crotons, and many more tropical plants.
Just 45 minutes from Orlando and the big tourist destinations in Central Florida. Five minutes to Cape Canaveral and the cruise ships (watch them from the beach as they make their weekly trips). 45 minutes north is Daytona Beach.
This is a very convenient location. Just 2 miles from the tourist areas such as Ron Jons Surf Shop and all the hotels and shops. Restaurants, shops, miniature golf, go-karts, surfing, fishing, charter boats, gambling cruises, Kenney Space Center, jet ski rentals, etc. all just take minutes to get to. The Disney Cruise, Carnival Cruise and Royal Carribean Cruise ships are just five minutes away at Port Canaveral.
The beach at the end of the street has a short boardwalk with a wide beach and is usually very quiet. It is a 3 to 5 minute walk to the beach from the house, depending on how fast you walk, what you are carrying, and how good the conversation is. A ten minute walk takes you to the Cocoa Beach Pier if you want to watch the local surfers, have lunch and listen to music.

We are a family of four, myself, my husband and two children: a teenage boy and girl. Our favorite things about the beach house are the location with easy access to Port Canaveral because my husband loves to fish, the beach is an easy walk from the house and is never crowded, and our pool which is big and private. We like to go boating, so whether we are ocean bound or river bound, we can be at either within minutes. The house is very comfortable, and we have shared it with our family and friends, and have made many wonderful memories there.
