Welcome to Piney Point Chalet, a large and comfortable home in Dillon, Colorado. Piney Point is a private five bedroom, three and one-half bathroom, three-level home located on one-half acre of whispering pines. With beautiful views, Piney Point Chalet blends the comfort of warm pine walls and a tranquil lodge-like atmosphere with all the conveniences of home. Fully equipped, the 3000 square foot Piney Point Chalet will easily handle your large group.
The main living floor boasts leather furniture in front of a gorgeous stone wood-burning fireplace and exceptional mountain views from the living room picture window. There is a large deck located off of the living room where you can relax in the hot tub and watch the sunset while unwinding after a fun-filled day.
The large, double-appliance kitchen features pine cabinets and a large table for gathering. The kitchen is fully-equipped with two refrigerators, two stoves and ovens, a dishwasher, trash compactor, many small appliances, and plenty of counter space. There are even cookbooks to help you with high altitude cooking!
The upper level has two bedrooms with a loft and a bathroom, which can accommodate six people in comfort and privacy. We recently added skylights on this level to capture the incredible views!
The lower level of Piney Point Chalet is complete with a separate entrance into a large ski/utility room where you can deposit your equipment. On this level, you will find a spacious master suite with full bath and a king-size bed. There are two additional bedrooms (king-size and queen-size beds) and a bathroom on this level. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room.

We chose this house because it is centrally located to all of the major ski areas, great shopping and restaurants, the bike path that covers the whole county, and quaint towns such as Frisco and Breckenridge.

My friends and family all enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday at the Piney Point Chalet. The house was very spacious and heart-warming. The kitchen had two of everything which made cooking for Thanksgiving easy. The owners were very helpful and accommodating through the whole rental process. The property is in a great location we had family and friends go to Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain with very little travel time. We are definitely going to rent this house again for future trips!!!

We have had several happy guests at Piney Point Chalet. The comments we hear the most are that the house is very comfortable and we have the best stocked kitchen they have ever stayed in. We try our best to make your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible. We consider our renters to be guests in our home and we like to treat them as such. We are proud of Piney Point Chalet and take great care to make it the best lodging accomodation in Summit County! We had an absolutely wonderful time at Piney Point! It was a great place to have as a "Base camp" as we went exploring Summit County. We loved coming "home" to cook, sing and play! Thanks so much!
