This lovely, two-bedroom, two-bath, Empire Coalition condominium has an extremely convenient location, right on the corner of Park Avenue and Empire Avenue. It is easy walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort, Albertson's grocery store, Starbucks, and many restaurants and shops. The free bus stops right outside the complex to take you to Main Street or Deer Valley Resort.

This nicely decorated condominium is on the third level of the complex, two flights up from the covered parking garage and large common area hot tub. Inside, the condominium is all on one level, about 950 square feet. The kitchen, living room, and dining area adjoin each other for a very comfortable living space with a wood-burning fireplace, cable TV, DVD, and stereo.

The master has a queen-size bed, TV, and full bath. The second bedroom has two twins and a full bath just outside in the hall. The kitchen is very well equipped with cookware and utensils. There is a washer/dryer and a sofa sleeper in the living room.

The condominium is two-tenths mile to Park City Mountain Resort, two-and-one-half miles to Deer Valley Resort, three miles to The Canyons, one mile to Main Street, and 25 yards to the free bus stop.

This condominium is so close to Park City Mountain Resort that kids and adults can come and go as they please. Or hop on the bus to the historic Main Street district with all its shops and restaurants. There is no better place for a ski vacation than Park City.
