Welcome to our beautiful, three-bedroom, single-family villa in Pelican Marsh, voted by "Where to Retire" magazine as one of the top 100 best planned communities in the nation. Built in 2001, we have newly furnished the entire unit in 2005. Our villa is within six minutes of the world-renowned Vanderbilt beach, with excellent dining, shopping, and entertainment in our immediate area. Three full baths provide plenty of privacy and little waiting time after pooling or beaching it.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with their own bath - ideal perhaps for some of your family members. The loft (sleeps two) shares a full bath with the other upstairs bedroom. After using our private pool/spa, it is fun to rack 'em up on our new slate billiards table. Keep friends back home informed as to who is the "pool king" with the upstairs direct computer. At the end of your visit you will be as carefree as Lucy and Ricky! Come to the Babaloo!

    • My husband and I needed a place to rent while we were building our new home in Naples. We came across the Babaloo and rented it for four months. The Blanks are great to work with..they are fun,friendly and did everything to make our stay a wonderful experience. The Babaloo has everything you could ever need. We had lots of guests over the four months. When our elderly parents visited..we could put them in the first floor bedroom so that they didn't have to climb the stairs but when our grandkids came we could put them upstairs where it was quiet and we could keep all their toys contained. Aside from being beautiful and clean as a whistle...it has everything..bikes,car seats, beach toys and great internet access. We had a ball....Babaloo is the BEST! Thanks to the Blanks for everything...Sydney

    • We had the pleasure of renting this house in November, 2007. It is a wonderful home: furnished with love, and with all the facilities we hoped for. We particularly enjoyed the afternoons in the jacuzzi, followed by BBQ and a game of pool :-D Great! The location is excellent. Close to the uptown shops and restaurants, to the beach and great golf courses. We played golf almost every day. All in all: a great place for a holiday! We look forward to going back.

    • My husband & I stayed in this beautiful home for one month in March 2006. The home is very well taken care of and you will not want for anything. The pool and spa were absolutely perfect. The outdoor kitchen was wonderful!! The house is beautiful and very, very comfortable and has everything you need. The neighborhood is very warm and inviting and you automatically feel at home. This is a wonderful place, you will not go wrong renting this beautiful home. Great location….only 5 minutes to beach!!

    • We had a wonderful time in this house in July 2006. The house turned out to be even more beautiful than this website suggest. Naples is a great place for a stay and the owers did absolutely everything to make us at home. So I can only say one thing: Go There! JV - Zoetermeer, The Netherlands.
