We just loved our stay in your condo. We have 3 small children, and it was the first time we took them to the beach. The king size bed in the master bedroom slept better than mine at home, it was so comfortable. The new furniture in the family room and the walk in master bathroom shower was a nice touch too. The kitchen is very well equipped even though I didn't get to use it that much since everyone wanted to head out as soon as we got up. Everything was so clean and well kept. Having Publix close by was an added bonus for picking up any grocery items you may need too! The beach area is beautiful. Always nice to get out and take an early morning walk on the beach. This is a family-friendly place for sure. Loved how it was so easy and fast to get from the condo to the beach. The access to the beach is literally right there! I'm already looking forward to the next time we get to come and stay at your place....

This was our first trip to this area. Great place for our family. The condo has very easy access to the beach. The unit was very clean, spacious, and has everything a family could want. Loved the white sandy beach and ocean breezes. The beds were super comfy, and we loved the board games and puzzles (it rained one day). Really liked being able to just go outside from the family room, and get right to the beach quickly. Nice patio furniture and kitchen was well equipped. We would rent it again!!!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

Our experience was even more than we anticipated. It was very obvious that this home was well taken care of. The beds were wonderfully restful. My husband and I loved the king size bed, and the walk in shower was a real treat. We went after the commotion of the summer, and loved the heated pool and the jacuzzis. The whole condo is lovely and very comfortable. The quiet clean beach is a real attraction. We will surely plan a return visit!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We were a group of 4 ladies who all play cards together once a month, and have been going on this annual "beach" trip for the last seven years. We normally rent a house but this year the house was rented, so we had to find something else. Thank goodness we found your condo. It had plenty of room and all the amenities that we needed. It also was VERY clean when we arrived. Being seniors it was great being in a unit that is on the first floor and so accessible, and also so close to the beach for our early morning walk. We have decided to rent this condo for our trip next year. Thanks for opening up your home to us.

We absolutely loved the condo and the beach. The kitchen had all the items we needed to cook with and there was a great grocery store right down the street. Everything was provided....beach chairs, sand toys...excellent idea!!!! Great pools, convenient parking, and cannot say enough about the staff - very friendly and helpful. You were not kidding - You really can’t get any closer to the beach then your condo. The icing on the cake was your backyard the kids could play in right outside the patio door. We will be back!!!!

Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy our vacation in St. Augustine this summer in your condo. Your home was very well maintained, and so close to everything. Sunset Grille was our favorite restaurant; we ended up eating there twice. When the kids were not on the beach, they were playing in the backyard right outside your unit – So Convenient! Everyone enjoyed our week in your home, and we hope to come back in the not so distant future.

Great Place On The Beach!

This was such an enjoyable place to experience St. Augustine. We had the ocean just steps away so if anything was forgotten or we had to take one of the kids back to the condo, it was no problem. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. Our family ate out only two nights for our week long trip, and had the rest of our meals at the condo which saved us a lot of money. The owners left plenty of family movies for us to watch. The kids loved watching them in their room, while we had adult time on the patio. The unit was spacious and allowed us to spread out. Glad we brought the football, as we had a family game every day before dinner in the backyard. I can’t believe that the backyard is right outside your home – perfect! Highly recommend this condo, and will definitely return for future vacations.

My family came to visit us, and then we traveled to St. Augustine & spent a week at this awesome condo. The complex was quiet and perfect for families with young children. My children loved both pools. Your unit is very spacious and clean, and has everything you need to have a wonderful beach vacation. My 7 year old loved the games and beach toys you leave for your guests, and my husband and I loved the beach chairs as we forgot to bring ours. The master BR had plenty of space to accommodate a pack and play for my 2 year old son to sleep. When you have a young child, having a condo like yours so close to the beach is a real plus. The location of the resort is perfect - right up the street from many stores including a Publix. There are great restaurants nearby too. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. I did a lot of research before deciding on staying at this condo, and would DEFINITELY recommend it and stay here again.

We loved our stay this winter. The condo was perfect for our family and met every one of our needs. The unit was nice and clean - exactly as described. The first floor location made it even more convenient to come and go - Plus - the beach access is right outside your door. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was very convenient. The king size bed in the master suite was really comfy and welcoming after a day on the beach. We look forward to booking again next year!!!

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to relax and get away. What a great place! We had a wonderful time. Just loved the floor plan, and having the backyard for the kids to play. So many homey touches were greatly appreciated. With three kids, being able to leave all our beach gear right by the patio is fantastic – so easy. We have stayed in many condos in the St. Augustine area, and this is the BEST! Thank you so much for opening your home to us. It is beautiful.

One Week in Paradise!

This place is beautiful. We stayed here for one week with our two kids and my mother. The condo was so comfortable and homey that we didn’t want to leave. With the backyard right outside our door, it was very private on our patio. The brand new furniture in the family room was gorgeous, and the easy first floor access was perfect for our kids and my mom. Our children spent all day in the heated pool, and my mother loved the jacuzzi. This was our second time staying here, and we want to thank you again for sharing your home with us.

We were so happy with our stay. I have recommended your condo already to a number of our friends. Clean and updated, with the perfect location right next to the boardwalk. (A real plus when you have kids!) We will absolutely rent this unit again when we come back.

Our family of 5 stayed in this lovely 2 bedroom condo, "Ocean's Gate". The open floor plan allowed us plenty of room. The kids loved playing in the backyard when they were not in the pool or on the beach. We have never stayed in a unit with a backyard before, and it is absolutely fantastic if you have children. The condo was extremely clean, and the king size bed in the master bedroom is a real plus. The best feature of the unit was the closeness to the beach. Being so close, it is easy to go back to the condo for snacks, drinks, and naptimes. Also being on the first floor, we could leave all our beach gear right by the patio, and not have to carry everything upstairs and through the unit. Our kids loved watching the stars with us while relaxing in the jacuzzis. My husband and children went bike riding every morning on the beach, and we were able to leave our bikes right outside our condo. Our family had a great time, and we definitely would recommend Ocean's Gate for a wonderful family vacation.

Steps to the Beach

We recently stayed at your condo. Living in Florida, we have had the opportunity to stay at many ocean resorts. Your condo was by far the best condo we have stayed in, and your complex is the best resort we have stayed in. The unit is decorated very nicely, and was really clean. The best features is being so close to the beach. It is very convenient when you have kids, because you can go back and forth to the beach so quickly. Also it’s nice to be able to leave our beach toys outside the unit, and not have to carry them through the condo. Having the private backyard right outside our patio was terrific. We brought some toys for the kids, and we could watch them play while sitting outside enjoying the breeze. The king size bed for us was just what we needed for a great night’s sleep. We will make sure to tell our friends all about our wonderful experience!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Ocean's Gate is the best!

We have been coming to stay at Ocean's Gate for 5 straight years, and have come to think of this place as our second home. We have stayed at 2 other condominiums before finding this one, and will never stay anywhere else again. The description and the photos on the website are exactly what you find. The condo is extremely clean, and very well organized. The puzzles the owner provides are a nice touch. The best feature we like is being on the first floor, and so close to the ocean. It is so easy to go back and forth to the beach. Having the shopping center right down the street is a big plus too, so we can stock up on groceries. Riding our bikes to miniature golf, and having an ice cream right there afterwards, is one of our favorite things to do. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the king-size bed in the master suite is the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The owners have seemed to think of everything, and we plan to keep coming here every year.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I stayed in Unit 5121 for three weeks in May 2009. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the unit, as well as the floor plan layout. This ground floor oceanfront unit was very conveniently located right next to the walkway to the beach, as well as to the amenities in St. Augustine Beach and downtown historic St. Augustine. I would recommend this unit to anyone interested in a St. Augustine beach retreat.

Our family stayed in your unit August 2009, The condo itself is a beautiful unit. The spacious living room and master bedroom gives me and my children plenty of room to enjoy our stay. We absolutely loved being right next to the boardwalk. Not much of a walk to lug all of of our beach stuff!! The complex itself if very nice. My children loved the extra large pool and they even used the smaller one when the larger one was too crowded. We enjoyed our stay!! Thanks a bunch.

My family stayed in your condo in the summer of 2009. We had a great time. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. Loved the first floor accomodations. The complex is very well maintained with great pool facilities when the kids wanted a break from the beach. We will definately visit again and share our finding with friends and family.

My family has visited St. Augustine at least 5 times, with 4 of those in this unit. The owners have maintained it very well, even renovated within the last year and a half. We always know our experience will be enjoyable with no surprises. The location near the boardwalk and parking lot are a huge plus! I enjoy the visits by the ducks and watching the bunnies from the patio. We have taken advantage of the pool, tennis courts even the shuffle board. We will definitely be back again.
