Lake Cliffe condominiums are in a park like setting across from the Dillon Marina on the North shore of Lake Dillon. Our condominium is a ground floor unit with a covered patio and mountain and lake views to the west. We have comfortable new furnishings to help you enjoy your vacation. The entire unit has just been painted. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided in the unit!
The town of Dillon is centrally located within Summit County. This allows easy access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain for fantastic snow riding. Vail is just a 30-40 minute drive. In the summer, Lake Dillon is spectacular for summer sailing, outdoor concerts, farmers markets, and festivals. Summit County's bike and recreation path is nationally known.
All town conveniences including shopping, ski rentals, free county wide transportation shuttle stops, excellent restaurants, and numerous activities are located in Dillon. The Silverthorne Outlet stores are just two miles away, and include Ralph Lauren, Coldwater Creek, Nike, Eddie Baueer, Gap, Harry and David, and many more.
Our clubhouse has been recently updated and remodeled, and has a nice pool and two hot tubs. PSIA certified ski instruction also available upon request.

Hello! We are the Jacobsons! We have lived in Summit County for more than 20 years, and love the community and all that is available here. We have 2 high school age sons who are active in skiing and snowboarding. We love to bike and ski as a family, and we love to share are knowledge of all there is to do here!
Why the Owner Chose Lake Cliffe
We chose Lake Cliffe because of it's superior location. We have really enjoyed going to the free concerts and other events over the years at the Dillon Ampitheater, and this unit is steps away from the ampitheater. The famous summit county bike path system goes right past this condo, and in the winter the world class skiing is amazingly close. It is easy to promote an area that you genuinely love!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We don't usually stay because we live about 5 minutes away, however, we like to go over and hang out there if the unit is open and there is something fun going on in Dillon. We can see the labor day fireworks from our deck, it is just a quiet retreat winter or summer! This unit is really solidly built, cozy and quiet. The Arapahoe Cafe across the street is excellent for any meal!

We were very impressed and had a great time at this condo. Had everything you needed for simple cooking. Close to the popular ski areas, so we don't need to drive back and forth from Denver. I would image it's a great place for summer vacation -- it's close to the lake and has a great view. Would highly recommend it to others.

The condo is in a perfect location to enjoy all that summit county has to offer. Easy access to all of the ski areas. Great location for dining and nightlife in dillon. The condo is just the right size and has everything you need to make your trip fun and easy. I would recommend it to anyone staying in summit county

We were very impressed and happy during our stay at this condo! Very nicely decorated, spacious, clean and a WONDERFUL location - good view of the lake, walking distance to Pug Ryans and Arapahoe Cafe and the lake! We loved Dillon and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Amy for a great escape!

Dear Amy, Thanks so much for letting us use your beautiful condo. We love the lake view now, even though we miss the pine trees. Last night we saw "Driving Miss Daisy" at the Lake Dillon Theater. It was wonderful - hope you get to see it too. We hope you have a great winter season!
