This Los Pinos condo has it all - an outstanding location in the heart of Breckenridge that features ski-in/ski-out access to the Snowflake Lift in winter or hiking and biking trails in summer. Vacationers will also enjoy being within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and entertainment located in the historic downtown area.
This 3 bedroom unit is very spacious with cozy mountain-style furnishings and heated floors throughout. Comfortably designed to sleep eight, this unit boasts a private upper level master suite featuring a gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling, walk-in-closet, and large bathroom with shower, whirlpool tub and double sinks.
The main floor has 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a queen-sized bed and 2 additional full bathrooms. The main floor great room features a vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (including stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher) large dining area and 2 decks with views of both the city and mountains. This room also contains a queen-size pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space.
You will have the use of a private one-car heated garage with a ski rack and an on-site outdoor hot tub (shared), perfect after a long day on the slopes. A shuttle service is provided by ResortQuest International for travel within Breckenridge to skiing, shopping or dining. Further amenities include cable with 37" flat screen and 19" television, DVD players in both the master suite and great room, and a washer and dryer located within the unit. Additionally, you will receive free internet access, and access to the upper-village pool. (Covered in the Winter for indoor swimming) Linens and towels are included.

Condo was OK. Master bedroom matress sags in the middle which makes it uncomfortable. Owner promised to return deposit check. After many contacts with him and hassles I finally had to stop payment on it at my cost.
Owner response:I am sorry for the misunderstanding. As you know I did not keep one penny of your security deposit. Since you sent a separate check, I thought that you wanted me to tear it up which I did. Since it had been destroyed I could not send it to you.

Wow we were amazed by how beautiful this condo was. It was conveniently located to downtown Breckenridge and to the Snowflake ski lift...Spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and cozy. Comfy leather couches, huge vaulted ceilings, fireplace, jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom bath, free wi-fi, beautiful balcony overlooking downtown Breckenridge and the Rockies and another balcony in the back. We walked downtown to shop and go out to eat - downtown Breckenridge is very quaint and we found lots to do. We want to come back next year, and would definitely rent this condo again. Norm was great and very easy to work with. Very responsive and hassle-free. We loved our stay...thank you!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family and I stayed here last March and I was very disappointed. This condo is absolutely NOT ski-in and ski-out! At the very best it can be described as "walk out and across the parking lot, then pole your way to the lift" !! And I do not believe that walking UP HILL several blocks can honestly be called ski-in! I felt like the owner misrepresented his property. Don't stay here unless you like to walk with your gear!

It sounds like you missed the entrance to the trail leading to the Snowflake Lift that is located directly across from the entrance to the condo complex. After a day on the slopes it is all a downhill ski to our condo. In all of the years that we have rented our condo we have never received a single complaint about the location. We have always received positive feedback about the proximity to both skiing and downtown Breckenridge as evidenced by the reviews of other units in this complex.
