Yes, we really do have both Gulf beach access across the street (about 200 yds away) and a Pier on Little Lagoon to fish or dock your small boat or jet skis right behind the house! Southern Breeze is great place for a family get-together. We love for families to come enjoy our house.
Our beautiful 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath Gulf Shores Vacation Rental beach house provides a great getaway.
*Main Floor w/ Queen Master plus a Twin Daybed & Trundle and 2nd Queen Bedroom, 2 Full Baths, Living Room, Dining Area & Kitchen, Laundry w/ big Frontload Washer & Dryer. Opens to big Lagoon-Front Porch with Outdoor Dining Table, Swing, Chairs.
*Upstairs 3 more bedrooms (a Queen, a Pair of Queens, a Double), a Full Bath & a Family Room w/ Queen Sleeper Sofa. There is also a Lagoon-Front Deck on this Level.

Southern Breeze is ideal for two families to share or just to give the kids some space of their own with the Upstairs Family Room.
We have WIFI, and TVs in the Living Room, both main floor bedrooms, and the Upstairs Family Room.
Southern Breeze is located in West Beach at Lagoon Pass on a cul de sac across the street from Gulf Shores sugar-white beach and Directly On Little Lagoon. This house has a Pier Behind the House and a Neighborhood Boat Launch plus Deeded Beach Access and Beautiful Sunset Views--a great combination. Fish or Crab From The Back Yard or a block over along Lagoon Pass where the Gulf enters Little Lagoon, a 9-mile salt water lagoon that is home to good fishing and many herons and pelicans. This section of West Beach is only houses so the beach is not crowded but you are only 3 miles from Hwy 59.
Gulf Shores offers sugar white beaches and a wide range of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. There is a Major Outlet Mall 10 miles north in Foley. There are several amusement parks, mini-golf, many good golf courses, a zoo, a large wildlife preserve and a historic fort.

This is the house where we want to retire! We love having the Lagoon right in the backyard. We love to catch fish or crab for dinner, bring a boat and keep it right behind the house, float on a raft in the gentle lapping water, or walk a few hundred feet over to the gorgeous stretch of Gulf Coast beach.
It is a wonderful, quiet cul de sac with nice neighbors and wonderful views.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love the 3 levels of porches and great fishing. You can bring a boat or jet skis, or rent a pontoon boat for a day and have it delivered. For our children and their cousins, the upstairs family room provides them with them with their own space to gather, when we finally get them in from collecting hermit crabs or fishing on the pier!

We are a family with school aged children. We fell in love with the white sand beach and family-friendly atmosphere of Gulf Shores and decided to put our retirement savings into several houses here with the idea that we would rent them for 20 years and then be able to enjoy the benefits. We didn't expect that a job would bring us to live in Gulf Shores but it is definitely easier to take care of our guests from here! And we now take care of some of our neighbor's vacation rentals as well in case you need several houses together.

We really enjoyed our stay at Southern Breeze. The pier out back was great for the kids to fish and catch lots of crabs! We loved our time on the beach and all the great shops and restaurants in Gulf Shores. Lulu's was great and also the Steamer! We will miss our time here!

We love this house so much! This was our very first family vacation we have ever taken. It's been the most amazing trip! This house is in the perfect location. We love everything about this house. The sunsets are beautiful here. We even saw a sting ray. The Hangout was the funnest place. There are so many people there and a live bank. It's got a good environment. All the shops were great, too. We were at Wave's Market almost everyday--we loved that place and it was close. ... The neighbors are very nice, too. You guys have been the best. Thanks for making our first family vacation one to remember.

Our 2nd trip to Southern Breeze. It was amazing. We had our whole family here. Our favorite times were crabbing in the lagoon sitting under the house with drinks and just hanging out together. Southern Breeze gave us everything we needed. ... The updates are great! We feel like we were at home in a beautiful place. My youngest grandson said it best. "We never need to leave, can't we stay forever?" Unfortunately this will be our last trip to Southern Breeze. We have outgrown it. We will remember all the great memories here. Thank you!

We had a lovely time here! The ages ranged from 3-79 and everybody was happy! Fishing pier was perfect for the guys and to tie up the jet skis. The house had enough room so nobody felt like they were tripping over anybody. You have a little piece of Heaven here!

Susan And Geoff, Just wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay on the Lagoon! We brought our Jet Skis and launched them from your launch just one street over and with the dock right out our back door, man what a nice set-up! Our son joined us over the week-end and with the 2 small boys the lower deck was a perfect place to put the wading pool (you provided) and be shaded and safe. We were able to store all our gear in the very large space underneath which held our 2 trailers, car, truck, and SUV. We also enjoyed the cover space with the grill, no stopping for those pop-up rain showers. The upper d deck was a great place to have the morning coffee and watch the sun rise, and the swing was enjoyed by all. There is no oil in the little Lagoon and it's like being on your own lake. We saw very little traffic on it while we were there. We clocked it at nearly nine miles long and in the evening the water was as slick as glass, great jet ski fun! Now to the inside: You house has all the comforts of home and although we were there for the outdoors, being able to enjoy a movie and a great meal was wonderful. Plenty of space for many. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and more. There are wonderful restaurants with in minutes, Waterville, the track and the beach is just on the other side on the road. May I also add the price was just right. Thank you again for adding to our book of memories and providing us with a lovely home to have them in!

We spent the week of Thanksgiving in Southern Breeze and enjoyed every moment. It was just right for myself, friends and their young children. The house is located close to the beach on a quiet street. We loved the deck, the view of the lagoon, and the easy walk to the beach area. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great vacation home! Just got back after a week's vacation in November 2008! The house was in a perfect location, plenty of room and loved it being on a cul de sac! We spent 6 weeks last winter (Mid-Jan-Feb. 2008)in Gulf Shores at Southern Breeze. It was perfect. The location was ideal, the house was large enough for all of the company that came to visit, yet easy to care for. It had everything we needed and then some. Susan treated us like family and we are returning in 2009.
