We really enjoyed our stay at Southern Breeze. The pier out back was great for the kids to fish and catch lots of crabs! We loved our time on the beach and all the great shops and restaurants in Gulf Shores. Lulu's was great and also the Steamer! We will miss our time here!

We love this house so much! This was our very first family vacation we have ever taken. It's been the most amazing trip! This house is in the perfect location. We love everything about this house. The sunsets are beautiful here. We even saw a sting ray. The Hangout was the funnest place. There are so many people there and a live bank. It's got a good environment. All the shops were great, too. We were at Wave's Market almost everyday--we loved that place and it was close. ... The neighbors are very nice, too. You guys have been the best. Thanks for making our first family vacation one to remember.

Our 2nd trip to Southern Breeze. It was amazing. We had our whole family here. Our favorite times were crabbing in the lagoon sitting under the house with drinks and just hanging out together. Southern Breeze gave us everything we needed. ... The updates are great! We feel like we were at home in a beautiful place. My youngest grandson said it best. "We never need to leave, can't we stay forever?" Unfortunately this will be our last trip to Southern Breeze. We have outgrown it. We will remember all the great memories here. Thank you!

Our family loved this place. It was absolutely perfect. The sunsets were amazing. The fishing fun. The reds loved the lagoon. We plan to come back every year.

We had a lovely time here! The ages ranged from 3-79 and everybody was happy! Fishing pier was perfect for the guys and to tie up the jet skis. The house had enough room so nobody felt like they were tripping over anybody. You have a little piece of Heaven here!

Susan And Geoff, Just wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay on the Lagoon! We brought our Jet Skis and launched them from your launch just one street over and with the dock right out our back door, man what a nice set-up! Our son joined us over the week-end and with the 2 small boys the lower deck was a perfect place to put the wading pool (you provided) and be shaded and safe. We were able to store all our gear in the very large space underneath which held our 2 trailers, car, truck, and SUV. We also enjoyed the cover space with the grill, no stopping for those pop-up rain showers. The upper d deck was a great place to have the morning coffee and watch the sun rise, and the swing was enjoyed by all. There is no oil in the little Lagoon and it's like being on your own lake. We saw very little traffic on it while we were there. We clocked it at nearly nine miles long and in the evening the water was as slick as glass, great jet ski fun! Now to the inside: You house has all the comforts of home and although we were there for the outdoors, being able to enjoy a movie and a great meal was wonderful. Plenty of space for many. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and more. There are wonderful restaurants with in minutes, Waterville, the track and the beach is just on the other side on the road. May I also add the price was just right. Thank you again for adding to our book of memories and providing us with a lovely home to have them in!

We stayed at Southern Breeze during Spring Break. It was a very relaxing trip. I have never been to this area before and was very happy with the area and the house. We look forward to returning in the future.

We spent the week of Thanksgiving in Southern Breeze and enjoyed every moment. It was just right for myself, friends and their young children. The house is located close to the beach on a quiet street. We loved the deck, the view of the lagoon, and the easy walk to the beach area. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great vacation home! Just got back after a week's vacation in November 2008! The house was in a perfect location, plenty of room and loved it being on a cul de sac! The weather in November was in the high 70's all week long! Great private fishing pier! Thanks Susan, we will definitely be back!

We spent 6 weeks last winter (Mid-Jan-Feb. 2008)in Gulf Shores at Southern Breeze. It was perfect. The location was ideal, the house was large enough for all of the company that came to visit, yet easy to care for. It had everything we needed and then some. Susan treated us like family and we are returning in 2009.

Southern Breeze is a great place for a summer vacation or to spend the summer. My sister/husband, mother, daughter/son, daughter/friend, and my husband/me stayed for a week in May and loved it. The neighbors were friendly, access to the bay and beach was great. We spent most of our time outside on the balcony, pier, or beach. The convience to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping was great. Our plans are to rent Southern Breeze again next summer.

We had a wonderful time at Southern Breeze. It was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view from the deck of the lagoon was serene. The home was beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for us. We had the best of both worlds (access to the lagoon and the beach). The beach was just a short walk across the street. We look forward to visiting again.

My mother & myself and two children stayed at the lagoona this summer. It was the perfect place to stay plenty of spacefor all four of us.Love the duplex,pool & private dock.Pictures don't do justice must seen in person . Told all my family and friends . It was are 1st time to Gulfshores but it won't be the last. Wish we were there now !!!!! Kelley Lennon

Myself and 6 girlfriends just returned from Gulf Shores after staying at Southern Breeze. We had a wonderful weekend! The pictures truely do not do the house justice, with lots of space and all the needed home amenities. The location is ideal-with a private dock and the beach nearby. The area was safe and beautiful. No large condos nearby blocking the beautiful view from the house. Perfect for a girls weekend, but would also be ideal for a family get-away (which I will plan on doing in the future). Renting the house was easy and convenient-certainly a great deal! I travel a great deal and found this to be a place I plan on returning to!

We had a short stay at Southern Breeze, but it wasn't nearly enough time to enjoy all it has to offer. The views of the lagoon are great & the large porches are very inviting. The decor was so pleasant, we felt "right at home". We were so thrilled that we can hardly wait to come back to Southern Breeze to spend the upcoming winter months in this lovely & comfortable house.

What a GREAT house!! I can't say enough praise for Susan G. and Southern Breeze. This house is much nicer, sweeter, and more restful than the internet pics convey. We had a fabulous time enjoying the beach that is just a short walk from the welcoming front porch, and relaxing on the back deck while we watched the glorious sunsets over the lagoon. Thumbs up and 5+ stars for this rental!

This home is precious! It was bright, cheery, well appointed and wonderful. The beach was across the street, the lagoon was right in the back yard with wonderful gulls, quiet waters, and a cozy porch swing. My daughter and I totally enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend the house to all!

Just returned home from our lovely spring break vacation in Gulf Shores! This house is absolutely wonderful and the pictures don't do it justice! The back of the house faces the lagoon (which was more like a big lake to us)with a quick walk across the street to the beach and the Gulf! To us, it was the best of both worlds -- the tranquility and wildlife on the lagoon and the beach, waves, and beautiful white sand just a short walk away (and I do mean short -- this was not a big deal at all)! With four teenagers to please, we did okay! Thanks as well to Susan, who made renting her property so easy!

We only got to stay in Southern Breeze for 5 days, which was way to short. It was a GREAT vacation. The house is in excellent shape and very nice! We had EVERYTHING we needed plus it has a great location just about a 2 min walk from the beach! One of the best trips I've been on!
