This beautifully renovated condominium is conveniently located in the town of Mount Crested Butte. Situated directly across a private walking bridge, it is an easy, one-minute walk to the main ski lifts, ski school and bus stop. It offers exceptional views of the ski area and the entire Crested Butte Valley. Walk to ski and hiking trails, restaurants and shops, or hop on your bicycle for instant access to the bike path and Crested Butte's legendary single track.
This condominium can easily accommodate up to six people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a full bed on bottom. The bunk room has a TV/DVD. A queen hide-a-bed sofa is located in the living room. On the third level is a loft that can be used as a reading room or getaway from the main living area. There are two full bathrooms in the condo.
The living area has a central wood fireplace that illuminates and warms the entire downstairs. There is an entertainment center equipped with a cable TV, DVD/VCR, and stereo system with direct iPod hook-up. Wireless internet access throughout condo. The fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room in this open floor plan. The kitchen, dining area, and downstairs full bath have in-floor, radiant heat.
The hot tub is not only one of Mount Crested Butte's largest but has the best view in town! Perched on top of the landscaped grounds, you can trace your powder tracks down the mountain as you relax and watch the sunset.

The location of the condo is awesome, close to the ski lifts and mountain bike trails and only a short ride or drive into town. The views are amazing and the outdoor hot tub is super fun! We always have a blast staying here:) been a couple of times now
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

I found this property on line prior to making our trip to Crested Butte. I was very pleased to find a very comfortable clean home away from home. I had never been to CB so I was not sure about the location and such but found it to be just perfect. A halfway point for either town or the many bike/hiking trails that we were able to access from our front door without having to drive anyplace in fact we didnt use the car once while there. There is a small grocery store just a block away for all the little things you may need. We went in the fall so of course the ski hill was closed but it would have been a PERFECT location for accessing the resort and many restaurants. All within a few minute walk and the VIEW !! breathtaking ! We did use the hot tub after an amazing bike ride and found it clean and comfortable. We did cook in each night and found the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The bus to town was able to be caught just across the street so it was the perfect choice to head to town for a night of bar visits returning us safe and sound at the end of the evening. We are considering reserving this property for the upcoming Bike race in August Dont hesitate to rent this cozy clean home away from home! In fact a group of my friends have rented it for a "Girls Mountain bike getaway" coming up this summer. GO !
