This beautifully renovated condominium is conveniently located in the town of Mount Crested Butte. Situated directly across a private walking bridge, it is an easy, one-minute walk to the main ski lifts, ski school and bus stop. It offers exceptional views of the ski area and the entire Crested Butte Valley. Walk to ski and hiking trails, and hop on your bicycle for instant access to the bike path and Crested Butte's legendary single track.
This condominium can easily accommodate up to six people. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a full bed on bottom The bunk room has a TV/DVD. A queen hide-a-bed sofa is located in the living room. On the third level is a loft with a futon that can be used as a reading room or get-a-way from the main living area. There are two full bathrooms in the condo.
The living area has a central wood fireplace that illuminates and warms the entire downstairs. There is an entertainment center equipped with a cable TV, DVD/VCR, and stereo system with direct i-Pod hook-up. The fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room in this open floor plan. The kitchen, dining area, and downstairs full-bath have in-floor, radiant heat.
The hot tub is not only one of Mount Crested Butte's largest but has the best view in town! Perched on top of the landscaped grounds, you can trace your powder tracks down the mountain as you relax and watch the sunset.
