I wanted to extend a very attractive offer to somebody who may be interested in a Seasonal Rental at our unit. My wife and I will not be able to make it up to ski very much this year and wanted to offer up our SLOPESIDE 2bed/2bath at a very nice rate. Zephyr is THE place to stay when vacationing in Winter Park! Our place is so close to the Zephyr lift, you could throw a football to a skier on the lift from the deck!

With record amounts of snow this year, you'll want to skip the regular I-70 traffic jams and drive up Friday night!

Zephyr Mountain Lodge is the only ski-in/ski-out facility at the Winter Park Resort. This is truly wonderful when Winter Park receives its usual huge snowstorms because you won't need to jump in your car to get to the mountain - just walk outside your luxury condominium to the Zephyr lift 110 feet away! It is so easy to be one of the first skiers on the mountain. There is even a Starbucks Coffee shop on the way to the lift.

This is the only Zephyr condominium that is fully wheelchair accessible; it comes equipped with a walk-in shower with bars.

Skiers of all abilities will thrive at Winter Park. If you like perfect corduroy slopes, we got 'em. If you are challenged by perfect zipper bump runs, we got 'em. Tree-skiing, oh yeah! Powder, do not get me started. Winter Park also offers world-class ski instruction and disabled ski programs. Check out the photos!
