Our rewly redecorated beachfront condo is on the eighth floor and offers unobstructed views of miles of white sandy beach, Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre mountains. It is 1750 square feet of modern luxury and includes a large terrace for outdoor enjoyment where you will experience the most beautiful sunsets in the entire world!

It is known for it's impeccable beauty, immaculate cleanliness, excellent service and the best amenities. Playa Royale is gated and has a 24 hour security guard. MU NAME IS KAREN COOK. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE VACATIONED IN MEXICO SINCE 1986 WITH THE SAME GROUP OF FRIENDS. IN 2004 ALL 9 COUPLES DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO BUY A FULL OWNERSHIP CONDOMINIUM IN OUR FAVORITE VACATION SPOT NUEVO VALLARTA, 20 MILES NORTH OF PUERTO VALLARTA. WE PURCHASED AT PLAYA ROYALE RESORT IN THE PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE IN 2004. OUR ESCROW CLOSED IN JANUARY 2005. WE DECIDED TO RENT IT OUT WHEN OWNERS AREN'T USING IT AND I'M IN CHARGE OF DOING THAT.
