Welcome to the Atlantic Ocean! Third Floor - DIRECT OCEANFRONT VIEW CORNER UNIT. Living room has direct, straight-on view and view up the coast to the north (windows on two sides). Both bedrooms have direct view of beach. This unit is closest to the beach in the whole building. Sitting on the balcony is practically like sitting on the sand below. No road to cross -- walk out the
building onto the sand.
Recently updated with upscale tastes -- fresh paint, all new furniture, new artwork, new TVs. Cable TV in master bedroom, guest bedroom and living room (including big screen plasma TV in living room!) Spacious master bedroom suite with Queen-size bed, walk-in-closet, and vanity area. Second bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle bed. Sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen fully equipped.
We are five minutes south of Cocoa Beach. One hour east of Orlando. Spend the day at Disney and come back to the beach at night! Have the best of both worlds being in quiet Satellite Beach and only five minutes away from Cocoa Beach attractions. Satellite Beach has GREAT restaurants, a world-class tennis center minutes away, and golf close by.
Our condo is licensed by the State of Florida and Brevard County for weekly rental, having passed inspection for compliance with state regulations governing fire code, health and safety. Not many condo rentals can make this claim!

One of my favorite moments from our vacation was arriving on late on a windy and rainy night, stepping into the condo, rushing to the patio doors, swinging them open and having the ocean wind and the roar of the stormy surf knock me backwards. What a thrill!! The condo far exceeded our expectations. Clean, very well appointed, all the amenities you could ask for and then some. And the view!!!! Sitting on the patio was like being on top of the water itself. If you go, be sure you dine at Bizarro's pizza across the street. Mucho bella! We also recommend you head north to the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge. Stunning! While there, visit the manatee observation deck. We saw at least 8 swimming right up to us! A great family destination and the perfect place to recoop after a whirlwind tour of Disney parks. I would highly recommend this condo and expect that we'll return one day.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

Absolutely loved our stay, the building is obviously older but the unit we stayed in was fabulously updated. Everything we needed we had and the one thing we can't get enough of was the ocean. Ocean front condo, watching and hearing the waves crash on the beach; it doesn't get any better. We did have a problem with the A/C but the owner's were very responsive and the problem was resolved quickly and didn't inconvenience us at all. If we have the opportunity we would love to stay again!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.
