Accommodations include covered parking, elevated heated swimming pool (no lifeguard), a game room with pool table, Ping-Pong, library, and a boardwalk that stretches nearly a mile long along the sand. The Suncoast Trolley route just outside the building provides transportation from Saint Petersburg Beach to Clearwater Beach with additional service to city of Saint Petersburg.

Treasure Island is conveniently located less than 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport, near Saint Petersburg, Clearwater. Treasure Island has a wonderful small town atmosphere. Restaurants, churches, supermarkets, drugstores, and nightlife are all within walking distance. Less than one mile away, historic John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is Madeira Beach's number one tourist attraction. This quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village is home to over one hundred merchants which inhabit the village with unique retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, deep-sea fishing, gaming cruises, cruise lines, boat rentals, parasailing, and jet skiing. Plenty of parking is available and the beach is a short stroll away.
Historic Saint Pete Beach is filled with great stores, wonderful restaurants, beautiful sunsets, and picture perfect weather. If shopping interest you, you will want to visit the specialty boutiques in Pass-A-Grille and in the "Historic Corey Avenue Shopping District" or any of the other great shops located on Gulf Boulevard. For those who prefer land, the Treasure Island Golf, Tennis, and Recreation Center offers an award-winning, nine-hole, par-three golf course surrounded by the intercoastal waterway (make sure you bring extra balls!), six clay tennis courts, two asphalt tennis courts, one beach volleyball court, and much more. The center is located at 10315 Paradise Boulevard.
Sports fans can enjoy NFL football in Tampa at Raymond James Stadium, hockey fans can enjoy the Stanley Cup Champions, "Tampa Bay Lightning," at the Saint Pete Forum in Tampa - 45 minutes; baseball at Tropicana Field in Saint Pete - 30 minutes and Yankee Stadium Legions Field in Tampa - 45 minutes; greyhound dog track in Saint Pete - 20 minutes; for the golfers, several 18-hole courses area available.
There are plenty of activities nearby. There are also Florida's world-famous theme parks: Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowry Park Zoo, and the Florida Aquarium 30 minutes away. You are just 90 minutes from Orlando's Disney World, Epcot, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, and Sea World.
