Romantic 300-year-old Ticino house, gently renovated, with wild large sub-tropical garden with palm trees, camellias and magnolias and pergola, ideal for families, on the sunny side of Brissago in the Rossorino district (15 minutes from Locarno, 10 minutes from Ascona), with fantastic view of Lake Maggiore with Brissago Islands. The Ticino house has 4 dreamy, romantic bedrooms with garden or lake views, some with balconies, you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate with a good glass of wine in the pergola or just enjoy the tranquillity of the garden and many romantic niches invite you for philosophising. In the garden area there is lot of space for little ones to play around. The house is very comfortably furnished with living/dining/kitchen with a large fireplace, TV, radio, 24 hours Wi-Fi. The kitchen is new and fully fitted. In the first and the second floor there is a new comfortable bathroom. See you soon in the sunny part of Switzerland!

is one of the most charming mountain villages of Switzerland. Onsernone, Maggia and Verzasca Valley: Onsernone Valley / Lake Cavegna:
a wild, deeply carved V-shaped valley, which is aligned in its east-west orientation to the path of the sun; steep, impassable valley sides, half way up the terraced southern slope of the sunny villages glued to the rocks. Away from the urban centres, the valley has retained its peace and quiet and its totally special magic of nature and culture. The Maggia Valley branches off, forks out and divides itself like a hand: in to Val di Campo and Val di Bosco, Val Bavona, and Val Lavizzara and Val Peccia, a big hand with gnarled and winding fingers, laced with blue veins of water for bathing, which spring from Alpine passes and mountain ridges.
Verzasca Valley:
is a wildly romantic and fascinating valley, which has preserved the primitive characteristics of the southern Alpine side valleys. It is a tourist region that has many interesting activities, both culturally and in scenery or sport
Cruise ride on the Lake Maggiore: Intra market (Italy).
The city Intra Verbania also presents one of the much visited markets on Lake Maggiore. The lakeside road to the border transition Brissago (Madonna di Ponte) is usually busy. Why not use ship or hydrofoil boat?
Among the wide range of options the following items stand out: cream cheese, mozzarella, parmigiano, pecorino, fish from the lake and from the rivers, a wide choice of sausages, bread and pastries, a variety of honey products. Even in winter, the market stalls are loaded with fresh vegetables. Shoes, bags, belts and leather jackets are big hits like the rest of northern Italian markets.

Das Ferienhaus Casa Sibylla ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Das Haus ist sanft renoviert und verbreitet ein Gefühl aus früheren Zeiten. Ideal mit Hund und Familie.
