From the deck of this vacation home in a gated community, you overlook the sandy beaches of the Bay of Banderas and a number of beautiful pools surrounded by manicured, landscaped grounds. This condominium is located in Nuevo Vallarta and is a short 15-minute drive from Puerto Vallarta's International Airport.

This luxurious condominium has a dining room, a spacious living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The large master bedroom suite has its own luxurious bathroom, a king-sized bed, a dressing room, a sitting area, and plenty of closet space. There are also two tastefully decorated guest bedrooms, each with two twin beds, full bathrooms, and plenty of closet space. Each room has a large window providing ample sunlight, floor-to-ceiling drapes, and individual air-condition controls.

Elevator service and private parking are additional amenities. The condominium complex also includes access to a golf course at a discounted fee, its own tennis courts, a health club, a miniature golf course, three pools, jacuzzi, and a shaded club area for eating or just relaxing.

Shopping is conveniently located at the nearby Paradise Village Plaza. Here you can find a grocery store, deli, ice cream and coffee shops, several casual restaurants, two internet cafes, a bank, an ATM, and a number of retail clothing shops. There are also formal restaurants for dining at the Marina complex as well as in most of the neighboring hotels. More extensive shopping selections can be had a short drive away, at a Wal-Mart Super Store and several large shopping plazas adjacent to the main highway. Many elegant restaurants, galleries, jewelry stores, and boutiques to suit the most sophisticated tastes can be found in old town Puerto Vallarta which is less than a 20-minute drive.
