Are you looking for a “Home away from Home?” Or, just a mini break? Honeymoon? Whatever it is, this unit has it all. My husband and I have been coming to Maui every year since 1977. We know every place on this Island to see, play and eat. The only thing we were missing over the years, is the right place to stay. Eight (8) years ago, we found “Home”. Our home, away from home, is this unit, these owners and the Maui Kai. We stay a month, every year and have met some of our best friends, of ALL ages, who return every year at the same time. This unit is wonderful, the view can NOT be beat. When they say oceanfront, they MEAN oceanfront. The owners of this unit go to great lengths to provide everything you might need without having to spend extra money for things like beach chairs, surfing equipment, snorkel equipment, coolers, books and much more. Every year we come back we find they have added something new. This year, a new couch, and area rug. They are sharing their home away from home, with each and everyone of us, and we consider this a gift

we found many things in the condo in need of replacement, repair and cleaning. .
Owner response:This guest never contacted us or our property managers while she was at the condo. She only contacted us 5 days after she returned and wanted some money back. We contacted our professional cleaning and management companies to look in to her claims and they did not find the items she complained about. I did tell the guest she should have contacted me while she was at the condo so I could send someone there right away, her response was "she didn't have time". She threatened to write bad reviews unless she got a discount on her stay. Most of the condo was remodeled within the last year. None of the other guests that stayed before or after this guest have complained. We have regular guests that stay there every year from 7 -28 days and they come back year after year.

Nothing but great things to say about this place! The complex is in an excellent location, the unit itself is comfortable and easily accessible, and the proximity to the beach is impossible to beat! Beautiful sunsets and whale watching from your living room, if the season's right (we caught one in May). Basic amenities provided, plus helpful extras such as beach chairs, swimming/snorkeling equipment, etc. You will appreciate the convenient and FREE parking. The decor is a little dated (didn't matter to us, but we're not fussy), but we are certain this is one of the best values on the island. We'd stay there again. And again. Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely amazing when we took our vacation for 10 days. This specific unit is actually the best in the whole building because it is the only one that has a balcony that you can walk out onto the beach. All the other ones have enclosed balconies which limit the ocean view a bit. We pulled the couch up to the sliding glass door and would just sit and watch the waves, wonderfully relaxing! It was also great to have full kitchen capabilities and the unit was stocked with books, snorkel gear, ice chests, floaties, etc. It was so nice to not have to buy that stuff! All of this and the price is unbeatable for an ocean view! I would go here over and over again!

We thought the world of this Studio, it is located in a perfect place on the island. The Studio had everything you could possible need to make your stay comfortable. We really loved the view, we would wake up drink our coffee and enjoy the view of the ocean right outside our patio door. The pool and spa were also very nice to enjoy. We highly recommend this Studio for your stay in Maui!!!

We had the pleasure of staying here in early October and it was truly a slice of heaven. The first floor access was so nice! We literally walked out our back door for breakfast on the beach every morning and an unbelievable sunset every night. While we weren't privileged to be there when the whales were, we did have the pleasure of watching monk seals and turtles right out in front of our room! The room itself was very nice and had everything that we could have wanted or needed. The pool and cabana areas were also very nice! We loved playing hard around the island all day long and then coming home to have dinner and relax out by the pool in the afternoon. All in all we absolutely enjoyed our stay here, and we most definitely will request this place again on our next trip to Maui!
