Short walking distance to community pool, hot tub, and outdoor dining/grill area. This unit INCLUDES complimentary greens fees! Play as often as you like for just the cart fee! Unit can sleep six privately. King bed in Master and Queen bed in Guest bedroom. The office/den has a fold out sofa. The unit has two full bathrooms for privacy, the master suite has a relaxing soaking tub after those long days playing tennis or golf. Kitchenette area has a glass top table seating for four while the dining room has seating for six. The kitchen has been well appointed for the chef as well, with Cuisinart, Delonghi and JA Henckel appliances and cutlery. When your ready for an after dinner drink or desert, escape to the screened lanai, which is tiled and equipped with a ceiling fan for comfort. There are ceiling fans in all sleeping areas and the family room, as well as 37" HDTV in family room, and 27" cable TV in office, a DVD player and a Bose Wave Radio.
Colonial Country Club features an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course designed by Gordon Lewis. It includes an aquatic driving range and putting green. Golf membership is fully transferable with minimum one month rental. Membership entitles you to complimentary greens fees, complimentary use of the aqua range, as well as advanced tee-time reservations.

We stayed the month of March 2007. A very nice condo, well decorated and furnished with a nice water view. This condo is only one of a few that offer golf privilages for a small transfer fee. Very nice clubhouse and restaurant. There is a convient heated swimming pool at the end of the street, which we used many times.
