Sehr gepflegte, top ausgestattete kleine Wohnung in schöner Lage: etwas abseits von der großen Hauptstrasse, aber nah genug an der nächsten U-Bahn-Station mit damit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr netter Vermieter, die Kommunikation und gesamte Abwicklung war vorblidlich: immer erreichbar, sofortige Reaktion auf Anfragen etc.. Das einzige, was uns allen nicht gefiel (und das ist wirklich Geschmacksache), waren die Matrazen: zu weich für uns alle, aber definitiv nicht so weich, wie ich es schon in vielen Hotels erlebt habe. An die Großstadtgeräusche (Tram etc.) gewöhnt man sich schnell. Uns allen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hat es sehr gut gefallen!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

I have booked the place from Denmark and "in the heart of Berlin" is correct. It is not more than 10 minutes to the new Clubarea next to warschauer strasse. THe apartment is clean, new and charming. Hope I can stay there again...Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Super Ferienwohnung! Zentrale Lage zu vielen Restaurants und Bars. Shopping Center nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Ausreichend möbilisiert inklusive aller Küchenutensilien. Trotz Schneechaos draußen - extrem gemütlich und warm drinnen. Wir kommen wieder!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers.
