This new townhome combines a great location, an open floor plan, and new, upscale amenities. The townhome has about 1,500 sqft on 3 floors. *New for 2009: 2 brand new LCD TVs with HDTV and DVD. Also, now includes high speed wireless DSL. 20+ DVD library. Gas grill on deck.
The townhome backs up to the pine forest of Wolf Park open space. You can snowshoe, hike and cross-country ski right from the back deck. If you want to catch the free shuttle to Winter Park/Mary Jane ski area, it is about 100 yards from the unit. Downtwon Winter Park is a short 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive away. The unit is part of new development of 13 upscale town homes.
The floor plans provide a good balance of bedrooms and open space. The 1st floor has a covered front porch, heated garage, bunk room, full bath, and a covered deck that opens to the park. The one car garage is oversized and includes ski racks and room to dry boots and other gear. Automatic garage door opener. The bunk room has a full mattress on the bottom (that easily sleeps 2 kids) and a twin mattress on top.
The 2nd floor is the main living space with an open floor plan. The living room has a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV (with Cable & DVD) and two elevated deck. 20+ DVD library. Next to the living room is the dining room with a large table that comfortable seats 8 guests, but can be extended for 10+ for large dinners. Windows provide lots of natural light during the day and views of the forest. There is a 2nd elevated deck with great views of the park. The kitchen has lots of counter space and new GE appliances, including stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.
The 3rd floor has 2 Master bedrooms. Each Master bedroom has a Queen bed, full bath, and ample closet space. The Masters have new beds, mattresses, nightstands, etc. Views of the forest and mountain peaks.
This townhome is brand new and was completed in the summer of 2005. There are a lot of upscale features, including in floor radiant heat, solid maple cabinets, cut Berber carpet, and tile in tub and showers. All the furniture is new, so we ask for an appropriate security deposit. The TV and DVD player are new. Cable TV includes more than 50 stations.
