Tropical grounds and ocean breezes await your arrival! Fern grottos, waterfalls, fountains, koi ponds, wooden bridges and strolling paths make North Coast Village a peaceful retreat. Add heated pools, romantic jacuzzi's, a fully equipped gym with two saunas, game room with billiards, ping pong tables and we're just getting started on the amenities. Our complex is right on the beach - no roads to cross to get to the water. We're just across the San Luis Rey River from our quaint and active Oceanside Harbor.
Stroll down to the seawall where you can perch on the wall at sunset and sip a glass of champagne as you watch the sun slide into the sea...or if you prefer, capture it all from the privacy of your own deck. At night from E107 you can watch the boats sail into the harbor with their lights dancing on the water.
For those with physical challenges, we have elevator service, single level living with no steps and paved or wooden walkways which are easily wheelchair accessible for most of the complex. However, we have grab bars in the tub of E104 only - and access into the bedrooms and bathrooms would require someone who is ambulatory.
We are VERY excited to announce that we now offer 4 beautiful beachfront condos for rental. 3 of them here at North Coast Village and our 4th unit just 2 blocks South overlooking the Pier and Ocean. 2 of our NCV units are in the E building .. numbers E104 and E107 (both 1 bdrm 1 bath) and our 3rd NCV unit is a 2bedroom 2bath cottage unit in the G building near the main entrance to the complex.
If you are traveling with friends - extended family or planning a family reunion we can accommodate up to 8 persons when booking our E104 and E107 simultaneously.. or up to 14 persons when you add our G2 2bdrm 2bath cottage.
Every one of our units is tastefully appointed with everything you need to be comfortable, and right at home. All of our furnishings are in excellent condition. A good nights sleep is so important. We offer Sealy Posturpedic, Spring Air, Tempurpedic toppers or Serta (top of the line) beds in all of our units. King Beds are in the Master Bedroom of all of our units.
We have a pull out sofa bed in the living room of all of our units - or a futon couch. Units with 2 bedrooms have a Queen in the 2nd bdrm. All of our units have a Portable crib (up to 30lbs) and two long twin sized futons plus one toddler sized futon which you may place as you wish. We provide for a variety of sleeping arrangments to make even the fussiest of teens happy with their own space.
Each of our condos is electronically equipped with amenities including High Speed DSL (ethernet) and not less than two color TV's, two VCR's and one DVD. In addition, all of our units have front AV jacks for Nintendo games, a complete nice quality stereo system console with Stereo/CDchanger/Tape deck and MP3 compatible.
Each of our condos has working telephone for local calls, and we offer free high speed DSL if you have a newer computer with an ethernet port. WIFI is avail - but please ask first as we do not automatically provide a wepkey. All of our units are mini office equipped with a computer desk with a convenient modem hookup site for your laptop. Some of our rentals have all in one HP printer/fax/scanners for your use. All rentals include linens, bedding, towels, beach chairs, mats, cooler, umbrellas, beach towels, volleyball and sand toys for toddlers, plus a selection of popular games, books and puzzles.
Both E104 and E107 have good Ocean Views from our balconies.. And E107 has a view from the bedroom too. Both of these units are just 40 yards to the sand. G2 is classified as a garden unit with no ocean view - however it has its benefit in being privately located above the main water fall tucked into a lush garden area that is virtually like a tropical forest with no one on 3 sides to disturb you. In 2008 we had custom dining counters built into the balconies of each of our units and added tall captains chairs so you can now sit outside up high and enjoy a meal, cocktail or coffee while you watch the waves rolling in - the surfers - the harbor ships or for G2 to just listen to the birds in the banana trees and the delightful sounds of our large waterfall below.
Coin operated Laundry facilities featuring top of the line 'Neptune' machines are close to each of our units. There is one car designated parking for each unit in a gated and underground parking garage close to each unit.
Our Maximum occupancy in a 1bdrm condo is 4 persons and 6 persons for our 2bdrm unit this includes infants. No Smoking and No Pets -Strictly Enforced at all times! We have a 3 day minimum offseason.

- We are located ON THE BEACH, No roads to cross, All beach activities are here for your enjoyment including boogie boarding, volleyball, bike riding, There is a famous 15 mile long paved biking trail along the San Luis Rey River just across the street from us -, Then there is Hiking, concerts, kayaking all nearby, And, if that doesn't amuse you, there is the Del Mar Race Track (season starts in late summer) Del Mar Fairgrounds (June 15-July 4th is the annual Fair), Disneyland, Legoland, Universal Studios, Wild Animal Park, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Island, Mission Bay, and quite a bit more. Learn to surf at the local surf academy operating year round at the Oceanside Harbor. We can arrange boat excursions with local licensed captains including catamaran 3 hour sailings or established cocktail cruise on a bigger ship.

Dear Cindy, sorry for the late reply but 'tis the season! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and the condo was just fine. The weather was cool but sunny for our entire trip, we we had no need of fans. We did turn on the fireplace for awhile on two evenings. Our son, Sam, was really impressed to find games and puzzles as well as videos at the ready. Sam really enjoyed the view of the pool and grounds from the balcony and begged to swim every day. I finally gave in, and he lasted all of 5 minutes in the cool air. The temps never reached higher than 60 and we had strong winds as well. The condo was perfectly situated for sightseeing and relative visiting. Legoland, was of course, the highlight of our trip. The last time I saw Sam that excited was when he was 3 and we went to see 'Barney Live' It's very good for the soul when you can make a child so delirously happy. The only problem we had was a car parked in your slot when we arrived. I'm not sure what they do to handle that as I was made to wait at the guard's station unitl I could park. My husband and son went ahead to find the apartment on foot and after 20 min they both came back and said that the car was gone. I told the guard and left to go park. After a long trip and a 3 hour time change we were ready to call it a day. We would recommend staying anywhere you rented, as your attention to detail and 100% interest in your guests comfort is a rarity these days. A 5 star hotel could learn a thing or two from you both. Our best wishes for a healthy and happy New Year and hopefully our paths will cross again. Michelle
