Had a great time, could see, smell and hear the ocean from our condo it was great. The condo was roomy, clean and everything we needed right there. We could walk just about anywhere, and when we did drive we had great access to main highways. We well definetly be back, and working with Cynthia was a breeze. My daughter and granddaughter loved it and my daughter from Seattle flew in to visit. We had plenty of sleeping areas and enjoyed a day at Sea World and a night at Medeville Times. Thanks again

Owner response:We're delighted that our condos are continuing to get positive reviews. We take good care of them - update them every year - and focus on CLEAN. This year we completely remodeled E107 - and added Flat Screens and new furniture to all both E104 and E107 - we're gettting rid of sofa beds and adding Chair beds instead - they're easier and more comfortable too. The perfect family vacation

Our family rececntly vacationed at North Coast Condo. Our one bedroom unit was perfectly equiped with everything we needed for a stress free week. All you need to bring is your clothes, food and toothbrush! We were looking for an all age appropriate vacation and this really fit the bill. We had view of the harbor, which was with-in easy walking distance. The beach was just outside the fenced community and the pool and bar-b-que provided were clean and provided many hours of pleasure. We enjoyed a trip to the mission and a family day at the local bowling alley (very affordable). The owner was responsive to all my e-mails and supplied all the information I needed. The price was very reasonable. We had no reason to eat out, so our additional spending was minimal. Thanks for a great week!

Owner response:We're very happy that she enjoyed her family reunion - they stayed in E107 and her family stayed in G2 our 2 bdrm cottage unit. It was her first visit and her family's 2nd visit .. and we hope they make it an annual event. We try to keep things running smoothly for our guests - and we also try to keep the prices affordable. WONDERFUL AND RELAXING!!

What a GREAT time we had staying in E-104! It had EVERYTHING we needed or wanted! I didn't even need to use my normal sleeping pills to get to sleep, as I was lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean waves crashing against the shoreline, as we left the windows and deck door open. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and viewing the lush surroundings of the pool and all the flowers and greenery, and of course the picture perfect-window view of the ocean and encompassing sounds! We like to eat at Ruby's at the end of the Pier each time we visit the San Diego area. It was only about a 5 minute walk from the condo. And we LOVED walking the beach and collecting the favorite sea shells each early morning and evening. We took walks, read, built sand castles and relaxed in the beautiful pool and hot tub. We cooked on the grill and took advantage of the game room as well as the games provided in the condo. It couldn't have been more relaxing! I visit the San Diego area every year or so, but this is a first staying at Cindy and Greg's....BUT it definitely won't be the last! Thanks Cindy and Greg for your hospitality! "j"

I am a Flight Attendant with 37 years seniority and have stayed in every possible accommodation. My husband and I have small children and we know how expensive it is to travel so we have done everything possible to make our condos comfortable, affordable, dependable on quality, well equipped for young and old .. with the little extras every parent wishes they had - a video library, booster seats, portable crib, step stool for the sink, futons for toddlers - just to name a few. Both of our 1 bdrm condos have great ocean views - and we improved that by installing custom dining counters onto our balcony - so you sit up higher - to enjoy the view for as long as you care to. Beach Paradise

We just returned from our vacation in Oceanside where we stayed in the 2 bedroom Condo and it was absolutely fabulous. For a family of 5 it was so spacious and nice and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The grounds and pool of the condo are spectacular and we spent a lot of time at the pool when we weren't at the beach. We also did all the San Diego Attractions from the Zoo to Sea World and the Wild Animal Park and the condo was 30 mins or less from each, very convienent. We even drove to LA to see a Dodger game and it was only 1 hour and 30 mins. We definitely will be returning next summer. Thanks Cindy! The Baltazar Family

Wonderful Long Weekend

We stayed at E107 from 5/13/10 to 5/17/10. Although the weather was crappy, the condo was wonderful and there was plenty to do at the game room and fitness room. Just sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the waves was enough. The town was close enough to walk to all the shops, I didn't get in the car from the time we arrived to the time we left! Everything we needed was in the condo, the bed was SO comfortable! I slept better than in my own bed! We loved having breakfast on the balcony with the captain chairs. We used everything from the outside grill area to the sauna. The whole compound was so peaceful and lush. We wish we could come every year!

We just returned from a week staying in unit E107. This unit has the most spectacular views of the sunset. The set up is family friendly and the owners have taken extra care in making sure that kids from 0-18 are taken care of. We will, most assuredly, use again!!!

We have just returned from spending a week at the condo. The condos are great!! We arrived on the eve of February 27, 2008. It was so nice to be able to drive up, take up our luggage, and have everything we needed already there. We have stayed at both E104 & E107, and have thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The Bashfords have done an excellent job of funishing the units with everything you could possibly need. They are clean, and have a nice balcony view of the ocean. And they have redone the balcony with a bar & available seating. We spent much time out there, for eating and relaxing. We would highly recommend E104 & E107.Both mave met all expectations of ours. We will be returning. Thanks again Cindy. We had a wonderful time!!

We stayed at North Coast Village from 13 October until 20 October 2007. The condo, grounds and location were great. We stayed as part of a driving holiday of Arizona, Nevada and California, and it was great to be able to relax and walk everywhere when we were in Oceanside. We could drink in Jo's Crabshack at the marina, we could walk into Oceanside for coffee, shopping, library etc, and we could walk to the station when we caught the train to San Diego. The complex is right on the beach so sea front walks were part of our routine every day as well - that's when we weren't relaxing on our balcony looking at the ocean!

Spent only 3 days at North Coast Village and it wasn't enought time! Cindy is Great to rent from and the condo 107E is outstanding ! You are right on the beach! LOCATION , LOCATION , LOCATION !!! Carlsbad is 2 miles. San Diego and Temecula's wine country are 30-35 mins. away. Will be back !!

My husband and I enjoyed two weeks at NCV E107 in May of 2005. We loved how not crowded this So Cal city was before the season and that everything was within walking distance. There were events, farmers markets, plus food, shopping and museums etc. Oceanside is also a great location if you enjoy San Diego and Orange County. The Bashfords are great. They are easy to reach if you have questions and their directions as well as description of the condo are very accurate. North Coast Village is lovely, just as pictured. The security is very friendly, as well as HOA. We would certainly consider renting from them again...and plan to.

My teenage daughters and I stayed in E107 for a week in August 2004. We had a wonderful time and the amenities were complete as described. Our family visits many vacation rentals and we were thoroughly pleased with the location of this condo to the sites in San Diego. We also fell in love with Oceanside and have plans to return next summer. The Bashfords are delightful to rent from as they care very much about their tenants' stay and will go overboard to make sure it is everything you might want. A very comfortable and exciting vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Unit E-107. There were no surprises because the owners gave such thorough and detailed information regarding the unit and surrounding areas. We appreciated the little extras---a well stocked video library with a little something for all ages & interests, games & toys for the kids, even sand toys, chairs & a beach umbrella, impeccably manicured gardens, and a very warm hot tub. Our stay was a very positive experience for the whole family.

We had a great time in oceanside. the condo was just as it was listed. the property was beautiful. its right on the beach. there was also a great pool for kids. it was a quick ride to san diego to get to sea world & the zoo. if your looking for condos to stay in this was a great one & the owners were very helpful. everything was as they said.

Dear Cindy, sorry for the late reply but 'tis the season! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and the condo was just fine. The weather was cool but sunny for our entire trip, we we had no need of fans. We did turn on the fireplace for awhile on two evenings. Our son, Sam, was really impressed to find games and puzzles as well as videos at the ready. Sam really enjoyed the view of the pool and grounds from the balcony and begged to swim every day. I finally gave in, and he lasted all of 5 minutes in the cool air. The temps never reached higher than 60 and we had strong winds as well. The condo was perfectly situated for sightseeing and relative visiting. Legoland, was of course, the highlight of our trip. The last time I saw Sam that excited was when he was 3 and we went to see 'Barney Live' It's very good for the soul when you can make a child so delirously happy. The only problem we had was a car parked in your slot when we arrived. I'm not sure what they do to handle that as I was made to wait at the guard's station unitl I could park. My husband and son went ahead to find the apartment on foot and after 20 min they both came back and said that the car was gone. I told the guard and left to go park. After a long trip and a 3 hour time change we were ready to call it a day. We would recommend staying anywhere you rented, as your attention to detail and 100% interest in your guests comfort is a rarity these days. A 5 star hotel could learn a thing or two from you both. We had a wonderful 4 days in Oceanside - and the condominium was lovely. It was good to have all the luxuries of a dishwasher etc... we were able to relax around the pool for a few afternoons, although the wind was a bit nippy at times. The hot tub was great too. The holiday went all too quickly, but it was great that everything went well and we did not have any disasters. We enjoyed Cabria and Yosemite Park, which was stunning. We finished off in Las Vegas... but didn't make our fortunes so had to return home. If we have another trip to San Diego, we will contact you again.. and if any of our friends are interested in coming to California we will tell them about your place. We really enjoyed our short visit to Oceanside. It was so nice to smell and hear the ocean. The location was very peaceful and your accommodations were great. I guess the old saying of 'location is everything' is true. It really made it wonderful. We hope that next time we have a minimum of a week to fully utilize your condo and surrounding area.
