Open the front door and voila! Breathtaking white water views the entire width of your unit. 180 degrees of deep blue sea! The only way to miss this view is with your eyes wide shut. Completely appointed right down to the cappuccino machine, and very comfortably furnished! The living room has a lazy boy sofa bed couch, 2 imported balinese wicker chairs and a wicker chair plus ottoman set, two additional wicker chairs are stacked near the patio door to provide plenty of group seating. A gas fireplace will keep you cozy. Settle in and become spoiled. If you have always wanted to stay in a million dollar view condo without spending your life savings...this is it. Our condo is available for 30 day minimum rentals year round. Summer is high season - Fall and Winter are mid season and Spring is low season. Rate is based on 4 person occupancy.. We can accommodate 6 persons at a surcharged price. We offer discounts for retirees and grade 5 or higher military officers on special assignment at Camp Pendleton during mid and low season.
Located in an exclusive gated community of approximately 70 units - There are just a handful of penthouses..and we're one of them. Enjoy two Jacuzzis spas, access code gates and underground security parking for up to two vehicles. Additional street parking or 24 hour visitor parking on a first come first serve basis - street parking is metered. This unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths (tub and shower). Our beds are all top of the line! We have an Eastern King in the Master and a brand new (2007) Spring Air queen bed in the guest bedroom. There is also one portable crib for infants and one toddler style foam flip bed for 18mths to 5 years. In the living room we have a QUEEN sized top of the line sofa bed by Lazy Boy. There is a stackset gas washer/dryer in our unit, plus a fully equipped kitchen, 3 TV's 2 VCR's and one DVD - an office desk setup with a new HP all in one fax, scanner printer which you may use. We offer high speed Wireless DSL service (Ethernet connection or WIFI) by ATT at the faster speed - plus regular phone service with free local calls .. all avail simultaneously. Sorry, our unit has approximately 15 steps (8 or so to a small landing and then 8 more to our large entry patio) to our front door. Once inside, it is one story living.
Maximum occupancy is 6 persons (including infants) per HOA rules and regulations. NO Smoking, NO Pets and occupancy limits are strictly enforced at all times! All rentals require the payment of a fully refundable security deposit. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival by personal check or major credit card.
Can't stay for the full month .. but still want to enjoy this unit? Ask us about our offseason 2 week plan. We block the unit for the month and give you the keys only for your desired 14 nights at 75% of the published monthly rent - plus cleaning. The same offer is avail in high season on a last minute rental basis - 2 weeks or less from requested start date. We prefer to operate only within a calendar month.
We are VERY excited to announce that we have three additional units at the beach all of which are avail for nightly or weekly rentals year round. Our newest additions are in the extremely KID friendly complex of North Coast Village. We have 1 and 2 bdrm units with ocean and garden views. Rates range from $70 nightly to $265 nightly plus tax cleaning and registration. Weekly rates are available. Just returned from spending the month of December 2011 at the San Miguel Condo. Had friends, mother, aunt and daughters staying with me at various times throughout the month. Everybody loved the accommodations and proximity to shopping, sites and restaurants. Not to mention the spectacular sunsets and the view right outside the front window. Very relaxing sitting on the deck with a coffee or lovely glass of wine watching the surfers and the dolphins go by. Would definitely recommend this condo with its ease of access and hominess. Great location and would love to be back in Oceanside. :-)

Owner response: Delighted that our Canadian family found us .. and had a lovely time. Our view is spectacular - and we try to have all the things in our home - that make it a comfort for guests. It isn't a stripped down timeshare unit. This is our personal vacation home which we share with others. So you will find videos, music, tupperware - you name it. It's probably there... right down to the Margarita Glasses - BYOB though :)

Owner response: We're delighted that our guest liked our complex, the gorgeous view and our paperwork! It was important to our guest that she feel she was in a 'safe' place as she intended not to rent a car for her duration of stay. I have often traveled to our condo strictly by using the plentiful and reasonably priced public transportion - all of which is in walking distance to our condo I encouraged our guest to do the same and gave clear step by step instructions from the San Diego Airport to our condo. Being thorough is important - so I always preface my guest packet as 'being more information than you may ever want to know' - but useful none-the-less. We hope our guest will share her positive experience back home and send us some more Montana guests. Cindy and Gregg
