We have been investing in beach property for 15 years and we know it is all about LOCATION. This property was chosen for this particular lot for many reasons, here are just a few: Everyone wants the charming Northern Outer Banks, for the upscale atmosphere, beautiful beaches, great shopping, family activities, and restaurants.
This home site is nestled on the Sound Side of the exclusive Ocean Hill Community, widely known for its rare ocean front community pool. Across the street from our home is the fitness center, tennis courts, pond, and yet another community pool. You can walk to the ocean in about five or six minutes using our little red wagon. Or if you're like me you could throw the sand buckets and the kids in the car and DRIVE TO THE OCEAN and ocean front pool in ONE MINUTE!
You could pack your 4 wheel drive car ( 4 wheels also available to rent) with a picnic and spend the day at the very special drive on the beach area, its only 1 1/2 miles. Take your camera and watch for wild horses! We found this location to be a real gem.
1st FLOOR: Great for anyone wanting to LIMIT THE USE OF STAIRS, there is a second master with king bed and attached bath. The game room with wet bar and microwave, pool table/air hockey game, marble top bar, and access to the pool and hot tub. Also a gas grill for your convenience.
2nd FLOOR: 3 bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each, and 1 bedroom which has 2 queen beds in it, and 2 shared full baths. Also access to the large 2nd floor deck.
3rd FLOOR: Master bedroom, living room with queen sleeper sofa and dining room, 1/2 bath, deck, and screened in porch great for alfresco dining. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and all stainless appliances.
LOFT: Great little get away with a comfortable day bed and trundle bed (which is 2 twin beds).
