Newly constructed in the fall of 2004, this spacious 1400 SF unit features an open accessible single level floor plan. Large windows and two couches with full length foot rests help you enjoy the expansive Continental Divide views.

Why the Owner Chose Slopeside Village
After purchasing 3 acres in Fraser to build a second home we decided that this condo fit our needs much better. It was amazing how well this location works with family activities in the winter and summer. It is so convenient to get to the slopes and back that it worked great with out young children and their skiing needs. In the summer we have been amazed how much mountain biking can be accessed right here from the door.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Be sure to walk along the Fraser River Trail accessible right across the street. Moose are known to frequent the willows located in the first half mile from our condo, especially in the winter months.
