This is a first time rental. This home is beautiful (half of a duplex) with the front-yard maintained by the HOA and the backyard beautifully landscaped with a breathtaking view of The Superstition Springs Golf Course and still very private. It is approximately 1,450 sq ft very spacious and nicely decorated for visitors to enjoy all the comforts of home, plus a two car garage and a back patio with a breathtaking view.

It is a short walk to the heated pool (shared) and spa (shared). The master suite has a new queen size bed, triple dresser, chest, TV, golf course view, walk-in closet and spacious bathroom. The second bedroom has a new queen size bed with a spacious dresser,desk area, large closet and a private bathroom. The spacious living room has an entertainment center with a lovely sofa that has a queen size sleeper. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. Also there is a bookcase full of books for you to enjoy.

When you are behind the gated community looking out at the view you feel like you are in paradise as it is private, very quiet, and peaceful. The other side of the gated community has everything you would want and all with-in walking distance for your convience. Just bring yourself your clothes and enjoy.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* This includes all utilties including cable and telephone excluding long distance. EXCEPTION: May thru October $75.00 is the max amount included for electric bill known as SRP. Exceeding the $75.00 amount must be paid in full at time bill is due by the occupant.
* There is a $1000 Security Deposit for montly; $400 Security Deposit for weekly; returned in full (held until inspection-two weeks after vacating) if it is left in the same or better condition and, if not, following cleaning or repairs, any remaining is returned. Security deposit must be paid with cashiers check or money order, in United States funds within three (3) days of reservation.
* No Smoking and No Pets.
